Damn you and your diabolical plans - You must be thwarted - James Bond style - from ridding the world of one the most awesome flavours of chocalate ever Finally, someone who speaks sense and who knows the true essence of chocolately goodness

Coffee is the most amazing flavour. Caramel is the worst. It's always either rock-hard or really, really chewy, either way taking an age to eat.

I changed pretty fundamentally during my summer holidays after my GCSE's, though in a way I can't really explain. Sort of an internal realsiation about life. For the first time I thought I'd figured life out and who I wanted to be. Or to quote Brian Wilson: I went through all kinds of changes Took a look at myself and said "That's not me"

I was taken to see Jurrasic Park by my grandad. He fell asleep then nearly fell out of his seat when a loud sound effect woke him up

Jeff was enjoyed his pleasant, sunday afternoon boat ride until, when evening came, he was harpooned by a whaling boat shouting curses about 'Moby Dick' and the 'white whale'

I think it depends on how well you know someone as to what you can / can't say. I never want to offend anyone and know that with my mates I can say pretty much anything without fear of doing it. I do however think people are too sensitive, especially when it comes to religion. I don't see why people are so sensitive though (in any area), after all what people say makes no difference, it's only words.

Cheers. Well it's still quite a way off then. I've now got to go tell my mates cus none of them knew either

Hey, it's probably been answered in this thread already but it's too big to read through - When do the A2 results come out?

Woooo! My first win --- Sorry I guess I should have thought of this before I submitted my entry but I'm going on holiday tomorrow so if I post a picture I won't be able to pick a winner. Therefore someone else can take my turn (Damn. My first win had to coincide with when I'm going away )

I think it's the opposite. I think people buy into the idea as it shows a sort of ideal lifestyle: no real worries, just hanging out with your friends - escapism. However underneath that is a pretty run-of-the-mill comedy. It has its moments but nothing spectacular

Once again a rap battle gets out of hand

Well now you've lost any credibility. It started out amazingly and i can still watch those earlier episodes and keep laughing. I don't laugh even once the first time of seeing the more recent ones. Actually friends and Simpsons fell into the same trap. For that matter so did Everybody Loves Raymond and so has Scrubs. They started offf great but went on for way too long so that by the end all the characters had become caracatures(sp?) of themselves. Friends is the most obvious example of this. Contrast an episode from series 1 with series 10 and you'll see it. - Joey by Series 10 was a completely 2D character who acted too stupid to have functioned in society and got laughs by falling over, hitting himself etc. All the characters spent episodes shouting/getting hurt.
-
Come on, like all sitcoms friends went on for way too long and stopped being funny. The last series was awful. It seemed every episode just consisted of people shouting and falling over. TBH it wasn't the funniest thing ever to start with and stopped being funny around about series 5.

there is evidence that Heather Mills may have been dumping trash on the pavement ------ (oh and sorry for the double-entry. Probably not allowed but I thought this was better than my first)

Policeman: "It's time to take out the trash"

This thread was like the first Big Brother: genuinely interesting voyeurism with people you like/can relate to. However lets not ruin it by keeping it past its sell-by date and making another 8 series of it etc. -

I drink whatever's cheapest as a rule. Went out last night and got as good as drunk on £13 Went out for my mate's 18th a week or so ago and spent about £40 which bought about 10-12 Fosters (I can't remember how many) a bulmers pear cider (which is awesome) and some shots. Oh and some drinks for the bday boy

OK time for my ill informed advice... If she knows it's your first time she's not going to be expecting much so that should take away any pressure on you to perform to any kind of standard. Have fun. ---- oh and how old is she? (*setting myself up for sick joke*). If she's over 50/60 then treat her vagina like a pork pie. You'll have to bite away the crust and lick away the jelly to get to the meat... ... ... *ba dum tsh* -
Actually what struck me worse than the twin towers were the London bombings. I was in Spain at the time and no-one quite knew what happened, all I and everyone else heard was that London had been bombed. Quite shocking though obviously we found that it wasn't on the same scale as 9/11

and Stalin! And... has anyone ever seen them in the same room together?

"You need to believe in luck to explain the success of people you don't like" ... and, I guess a bit nonsensical but, "Look! Listen! Vibrate! Smile!". I can't help but smile when I think of that, it's my happy place

I laughed at Dyson's joke It was a joke so lets just lay off him now
