  1. I swear I remember reading your complaints about the game Daft? As in not liking it? I think the game is fantastic, epic in scale and so many cool things to do in it. Has a real retro feel to the game which I absolutely love. It's just awesome all round.
  2. Don't have a fecking clue. I'm wondering if my system is actually worth that much anymore, certainly not the £240 I spent on it a year ago. I'm not ringing Sony yet, because I have very little money and my Dad is refusing to pay anything atm. I'm waiting to see what Sony offer to my friend who is in a similar predicament, plus I don't want to call without having my data backed up onto an external HDD, so I can either borrow one this friend has or get a cover (I think that's what Cooky said) for my 250gb so I can just put everything on that straight away. It's not looking good for me basically. If there's a £50 solution I'll take it, but the chances are Slim. Wahey...
  3. My PS3 has just become even shitter. No longer connects to PSN despite working fine for the past ages, comes up with DNS/IP issues. It seems if I fix one the other doesn't work so I can never complete the connection tests. And advice would be appreciated. A Nelson laugh would not be appreciated, but I guess I'm kind of asking for it.
  4. The real question you're asking is 'Where's Grunch?'.
  5. That was the gag, I swore multiple times, I was just fed up with him.
  6. I think I've won that whole thing tbh. I've been as objective as I could have been with someone like you. No-one wants you here Shino, go skulk back into your Wii board. Final nail in the coffin - you swore, that's how pathetic you are. Swearing doesn't get you anywhere, can't believe you resorted to it. That's a wrap.
  7. What I hate is that you use the word 'admit'. It's like you concede defeat when you realise that there's a good game on the PS3 when really you could consider picking up a system at some point or just say that you're missing out by not owning one. Failing that, just keep quiet. And on the point you make there shouldn't be 2 sides of the argument. The fact is that you are wrong. I haven't actually gone onto the Wii boards to troll for ages, and I don't think there's any point any more, the thing is I make it obvious when I joke around on there, you however make deluded talk that you actually believe. Don't try to worm your way out of this by defending yourself through saying 'Oooh this is a Nintendo website, so I must make sure that I speak lovingly of all things Nintendo and ruin the rivalling systems spaces.' If you know that you're a fanboy why don't you fuck off and take your biased, nonsensical views with you? --------------------------------------------------------------------- OK, I'll just re-iterate, get the 360.
  8. Hmmm, don't know what the better chip will actually mean in terms of performance. Quicker loading?
  9. I went in there once or twice because I was pissed off with people like you. What do you mean it's just a console? You should be telling yourself that, I'm objective in my arguments, you can't challenge in debate because you just make potshots. Why don't you quit whining about something that may actually be better than you think? I, like others here, are getting pissed off with your needless wasteman statements. Then you tell everyone to ignore your shit comments in an exasperated manner as if we're being harsh. Why write them? That's like littering on someone's drive and then saying 'oh don't worry about that' before you scurry away.
  10. It's quite comical really. Well they are right to, it's a shambles to be frank. And let's face it, if someone made a similar comment about the Wii being rubbish because it doesn't have much internal memory, you would've poked them in the ribs with a typical rubbish Shino response. Look, I've told you before that you dont have to own an HDTV to enjoy this generation, I was happily playing before I got mine. Having it in HD just makes it that little bit sweeter. You turn this advantage of HD consoles into a disadvantage for no reason other than because it gets on your tits when people show interest in buying a PS3. You're a prick. And I'm right about that.
  11. You're pushing your luck by asking a dipshit to stop being a dipshit.

It'll probably be over twitchy and difficult in GT though whereas in this you can jump into it and have fun straight away.

I just played the demo for this and loved it. There's this massive track you can try out and so I did it, watched the replay of me sliding round the bends and thought 'I'm pr0'. The question is, would I buy it?
  14. Do you mean draw distance? If so that might just be a blur effect. Then again it might be a fault.
  15. I'll give it a miss then, I've got a crappy laptop that would probably struggle to run the original Lemmings.
  16. Meh, I'd try to trump that but cba with Zone anymore. I would've liked them to give me an incentive to do elite campaign on Zico but as it is I'm not compelled to play Fury.
  17. Nice, how do you get it?
  18. Well done! There goes my exclusivity. We're a club now
  19. If there's one thing I want from this it is scope though, big worlds filled with little lego-ey objects crammed with charm and detail. I haven't been so taken aback by a bunch of screeshots like this for a long time. (by detail I mean attention to smaller objects etc)
  20. I have to say that Trine looks very appealing. There's an HD vid on the store atm, pretty cool.
  21. You're crazy! It's like lego on steroids, how can you not like that?
  22. Personally I was glad that they decided to make it RPG like. If they give the game a massive adventure mode, kinda like Zelda, then this could be incredible. I love the look of it, I just want to know how the whole thing will actually play out. I hope there's some good scripture behind it. In a way it reminds me of Lemmings Paintball, don't know if anyone had this game but it was awesome, some of the later levels were brilliant.
  23. I completely have changed my mind about this. I'm becoming an FPS whore, and I'm looking forward to this because of the brilliance that is 1943. http://uk.ps3.ign.com/articles/101/1015902p1.html Some cool details there, basically very destructible environments, tons of customisation and larger, more detailed maps. Yummy.
  24. I'm glad there's still loads of people playing this, the game is brilliant. I just can't believe the awesomeness of being a scout on BF. They equip you with a m3gat0n range sniper that's kinda hard to master but once you're away you can whip out some insane headshots/moving target kills and then if you find that someone has come to follow you, hide and use the explosives to kill the giant enemy crabs for massive damage. The guada canal boat is a joy to behold, unless you fly onto it there is only one entrance so you can be picking people off, and then when you see them attempting to infiltrate just wait for them to scale the boat and then jump onto them from behind with a machete! That teases them so thecustomer has to come back for more, and there's this quality hiding place at the sinking mast of the boat. So while they are respawning, place explosives in key areas of the boat, wait for them to board and then wahey! If that doesn't work they won't be able to see you anyway so you can just fire at them with ease. Had a good battle with some people in order to sieze the boat, but it was 2 against 1 so I didn't have a chance. Still managed to bomb them with a plane and headshot one from the opposite side of the map so it wasn't too bad. I love it. £10 as well, jesus. Pure experimental fun.
  25. You're only surprised because I am fairly intelligent for a 16 year old Giz! :p
