New bass guitar

I would come up with a nickname for this other Ashley pretty quickly. Whoever gets one that sticks first will be stuck with it! Rizz - Someone from school, no idea why. These days most friends call me Grim. I guess they just think I'm a bit grim.

I still like to swing by very infrequently just to lurk. See what's happening and whose names I remember. I suppose from the age of 11/12 to about 15 maybe 16 this forum and the people on it were an important part of my life. I'm now 27 but I don't think I'll ever forget this place; have some memories from here that'll keep for a very long time. The internet was a different place back then, and I think we shared it's golden years here.

I'm waiting until as close as I can to the release to make a decision, in the hope that more information/games/bundles will be announced. I don't like the idea of buying the console for one game now and one closer to Christmas and that being all I can count on. Not fussed about online play as I've always felt consoles are for playing with people in the same room. I don't think the price is much of an issue compared to other consoles or PC components. Perhaps we got a bit spoiled with how cheap the Gamecube and Wii were.

She broke up with him before we slept together, but yeah it was a pretty quick change over. It's the same sort of situation I was at the opposite end of when my last relationship ended. Speaking of which, saw my ex the other day for the first time since we split up. She suddenly decided she wanted a couple of things back, which was fine by me, but why wait 8 months? And she was pretty awkward for all two minutes we saw each other

She likes me also, her ex studies far away. Typically I would have always thought 'nah she has a boyfriend shes just really friendly' or something else to convince myself I have no chance, instead I made a move for like the first time ever and it paid off.

I haven't posted in a while, didn't want to be tempting fate or something like that. But, I met a girl. And was soon disappointed to find out she already had a boyfriend. However, not to let that get in the way of anything, she is now my girlfriend. Win

I came into this thread thinking of ReBoot, and there it is! I can't remember if they ever showed the end though. I remember shit getting serious but not any resolution to it.

Had a couple of dates, don't see it going anywhere. Back to being lonely and bitter.

Whilst I'm on a nostalgia trip I thought I'd throw out some names I've not seen in a while.

I used to post here a lot about 10-12 years ago, but then I kinda disappeared. My interest in gaming is not as strong as it used to be. But now I post here and there, and it's nice to see this place still attracts cool people. I suppose I still visit this place because it was the first forum I joined, and my first experience of the social side of the Internet. When I first came back here I hardly recognised any names. Or maybe I've just forgotten? The amount of cool people who used to post here and have disappeared is very sad.
