There's something vaguely dissapointing about loosing 2-1. I don't know why, almost seems worse then an absolute drubbing. Crap match in general though. An own goal on each side? Pfft. Assuming the next round goes by the books, as Cube mentions above, it's going to be a pretty intense final round between the two leaders facing me and Creamola - the two best non-qualifying teams. Both away too. This could be won on goal difference.

Still Game is a classic, classic sitcom. The most recent series was a little lacklustre, but the previous seasons have been unmitigated brilliance. Everyone watch it. NOW.

I've been dipping in and out, slightly more recently. It is an excellent online multi player experience, you have to give it that.

PGR4, or even 3 if you're on a budget are fantastic arcade-style racers which just anyone who can grapple with the concept of car racing should enjoy. Forza is excellent too, but you need to be a bit of a petrol head to get the most out of it.

I don't know really. It's probably just because I'm still at Uni, but everything feels up in the air. Generally yes, I feel like my mind, my ethics and my skills are all steadily improving. You simply won't get matched against people who do have them, you'll notice no difference. There'll also be a playlist just for the new maps for a while. I love all those shows like British Transport Police and Traffic Cops - they're really genteel and civil shows about genteel and civil cops busting common, low key crime with the power of firm but fair reasoning. Makes a change from their explosively sensationalist American counter parts like S.W.A.T. ("When people are in trouble, they call the cops, and when the cops are in trouble, they call S.W.A.T!!") and in all honesty I feel like I live in a safer country as a result.

I prefer traditional carols, all the usual holly-jolly pop crap just gets shoved so constantly down your throat every year. Five minutes spent in Woolworths drives me insane. Even Fairytale of New York, which is saying something. Mad World from the Donnie Darko soundtrack is still the best Xmas No. 1 by a reasonably large margin.
