That's what I've been reading all over the place. I'm surprised he's signed for that long - presumably he'll break it off once Mercedes secure Vettel after a year or two but he's obviously prepared to go all the way. So long as Merc bring the car, with Brawn on the wall an 8th championship is a frightening possibility.

Avatar This is the cinema version of pub food - greasy, unhealthy and not even very flavorsome and yet you're still happy to chow down. It's a big sweaty sci-fi movie sporting a cat-faced Ripley, smurf sex and exploding super-coptors but doesn't really have any decent ideas to really make it stand out. Not bad but a bit over-long. Very much Titanic's spiritual successor. Cameron's getting flabby.

Life: I intend to spend the next year getting older, as the trend seems to be me slowly getting happier as the days roll by. Events: World Cup and the F1 season, my sisters graduation. Bookies' given me 9-1 on England, 11/2 on Button and 4-1 that somebody falls over collecting their diploma. Friends/Relationships: This year SHALL be the year I finally convince Martinist to confess his undying love for me. *fingers crossed* Places: I hope to make an Escape to London, which is predicted to be a bit like Escape from LA starring Kurt Russel, except backwards and with more car chase sequences involving urban voodoo preachers. Oh hell yeah, that's looks hot as god damn. I wonder how many can play in co-op? The first one's 2 player mode was fantastic (on the few occasions it worked.)

Sounds very interesting, glad they're trying something a little different then the straight-up Battlefield formula. I wonder how the combat areas are created - procedurally generated in some fashion one might guess? It'll be interesting to see how the mechanic between organised Merc corps and bands of individuals are balanced. Would it be a bit like a regular matchmaking mechanic on the surface or what?

Apparently they need to redesign to meet MotoGP safety standards on that section, and it lets them add a new set of grandstands. On the off-chance the FIA doesn't put it's stamp on it they can still run the traditional section for F1 anyway. I think it should be fine, all the best bits of Silverstone are untouched and anything that increases spectator capacity can only be a positive thing.
