I’m getting it! Regarding online... will it have voice-chat? (everyone knew it was coming)

Credits rolling. Really enjoyed it, laughed at the ending, great little bit of comedy in there. Finished with 367 Power Moons and now I’m looking forward to both the end game and going back for more. All in all, as far as up to the credits go, I’d say it’s one of my least favourite 3D Mario games (I only enjoyed Sunshine less)... but that doesn’t say anything bad about it as they’re amongst the best games there are! Theres just no tight platforming that both challenges & amazes like there were in the Galaxies and even 3D World - there’s been no “wow” moment.

It was good hearing Conte refer to Christensen as the present & future of Chelsea. He’s a class act and will only get better! Looking at Loftus-Cheek at Palace, even though they’ve been shite, he’s been their outstanding player so far this season. He could easily get into our team given how our firm has been - he’s been playing better than Bakayoko!

I’m not going to bother with the skipping/volleyball stars, too much of a ball-ache and there’s no fun in it.

I’ll not be bothering with the skipping, can’t be arsecwith that, haha. Have you played Titanfall 2 Dazzybee? I’m now at New Donk City and there still hasn’t been any platforming section as good as there was in Titanfall 2! To quote Eurogamer:

@Blade you’ve said yourself how you don’t get how it scored an 8 on here! Albeit not in those exact words. I mention Titanfall 2 because, so far, it had better platforming within it than this has. It’s not hyperbole, just my opinion... Titanfall 2 has awesome platforming sections! I’m not shitting on the game, as I say, it’s good and very enjoyable.

I’m really enjoying this, nabbing most stars on a world before moving on to the next - it really is a great game for the commute, it makes my journey a joy... ...but so far, I’m only up to the Lakeside Kingdom bear in mind, it’s not as good a platformer as Titanfall 2 was. I don’t get the 10/10 scores, it’s a 9 at best so far, a solid 8 at worst.

The game is great for a commute! It does make you want to keep playing and I’m very much enjoying it, but it still hasn’t wowed me just yet. I’m not quite enjoying it as much as I did 3D World up to this point and it’s simply not on the level of the Galaxy games for me.

Jump, ZL to dispossess the frog and immediately dive. Its fiddly but doable. The issue is so easily remedied too, they need to patch in for greater control options when not using motion-control. I think this is part of why I’m not wowed by the game yet.

Initial impressions are that it’s good but not great. Playing with the JoyCon doesn’t feel right, it’s much better with the Pro Controller. I’ve only been on the first 3 worlds and whereas it’s good, it’s not been anywhere near as fun as the start of the Galaxy games or even 3D World. I do prefer the level style Galaxy has to the open world design of this. It’s still good of course, better than any non-Mario platformers out there, but it’s got a long way to go to be on par with the top tier Mario games for me so far.

I don’t get how people thought the MP2 Spider Guardian was hard... I found it one of the easiest. The Boost Guardian however...

Sold out at my local(ish) Game. I’ve got £20 in store credit there so I’ll pick it up when it’s back in instead of getting it elsewhere.
