i enjoy watching the x factor.. I even created the thread about it.. sigh
I'm not really interested in The X Factor. I'm a bit tired of the sensationalization of it. It's blown out of proportions for commercial reasons. However, I love watching Talent (the Danish version of America's Got Talent and the likes) where people display all sorts of different talents. Also, in Denmark, the judges on Talent are vastly more likable than the judges of The X Factor. They've gone more or less away from the classic roleset of judges and got three honest, but positive judges, and it's a hundred times more pleasant to watch. I, for one, never really liked watching the bad auditions and the berating of the deluded. Most often it just made me feel bad inside.

And for fuck's sake, Raining got it wrong! Just lynch me already and see for yourself. You're oblivious to everything but your own twisted version of the truth. Tell me how I can prove to you that what I'm telling you is true. It seems pretty impossible.

And you think it was effective to say its good if mafia don't know?! I saw you also say it was lynchbomb. Why didn't you say that originally, unless you've all of a sudden thought of it or other people have thought of something for you to say.
You're really read too much into these things. One moment I'm suspicious for coming out with too much info, and the next I'm suspicious for not coming out with enough? What on Earth do you want from me? You seem hellbent on making me seem suspicious, and somehow you're able to twist everything I do into something suspicious. But that's the beauty of this game, isn't it? It's all a matter of perspective and reverse psychology. I could do something towny, but you could then twist that into being a cover. I don't know what else I can say to argue my case. You'd probably twist that against me, too.
Oh, and I can come up with my own lies if I need to, thank you very much.

I figured out I was the one sitting proudly. It fits with me not having an active power. Looking at the colours of the avatar ReZ sent, it matches, but when I looked Purugly up elsewhere, it was indeed not the exact same colours. I hadn't considered I was shiny, but shinies having two powers is a nice idea. I'm glad that somebody finally believes my explanation instead of misreading Raining's investigation and claiming I'm the one who's lying. I know I act suspiciously, but it annoyed the guts out of me that people thought of Raining's investigation as perfect and unquestionable.

Ah, I see your point. I didn't think of it as a deterrant. I thought of it as a surprise for mafias who would try to lynch me. Thinking back, I could probably have used it more tactically. Oh, well. At least now, if I get lynched, the town will most likely have a list of people they can trust.

Yeah, I know, I know. That's why I said I'm better at playing mafia. Apparently, I'm excellent at not appearing as mafia when I'm actually mafia. When I'm town, I have a habit of making everyone believe I'm mafia. It truly is ironic.
Anyway, I'm off to bed now. I realise I might be dead by tomorrow, so just remember what I said. The first mafia goon to have voted for me will show up by name of Pokémon in the following write-up. If no one shows up by name, everyone who voted for me is definitely not mafia.

See, the funny thing is that those things are still true. And since they're so obviously true, they're too good to be true and thus make me seem like a mafia. But I can totally follow your reasoning. It's just too bad it doesn't always hold water. Meh, I guess I'm better at being mafia than town.
I still think Danny is mafia. He talks himself in circles regardless of alignment.I know. That's just who I am. :p

I'm assuming this to just be a misinterpretation of the PM Raining got. It wouldn't make sense to me that ReZ would change his terminology between games.
Although I don't even know what I'm arguing in favour of anymore. Does the influential thing being significant or not help Danny or hinder him? I can't even work it out, people are glazing over alot of what other people are saying.
People still believe that me being influential, i.e. havign a double vote, makes me suspicious. They also believe me claiming to have another power confirms me as mafia. None of this makes sense, obviously.

Using the defense of "I wouldn't have done this if I was mafia!" really doesn't work and I hope nobody puts any weight behind it when they are deciding on their vote.
Likewise, I hope people don't put anything behind nonsensical claims. But I guess I wouldn't be in this mess if they didn't.

Get it into your head: Influential = double vote. Rummy can confirm this, for flip's sake. My two powers are Influential, which means I have a double vote, and Lynchbomb, which means the first mafia to vote for me gets mentioned in the write-up.

In previous games Mafia leaders have been influential and has two votes, it goes both ways.Influential = double voter. That's all there is to it. If you're still hanging on to "double voter = mafia leader", that's your mistake.

I rarely have breakfast, but that's because I get up so late that when I finally develop an appetite (which always take an hour or two after I wake up, sometimes even longer), it's lunchtime. At then it's often a late lunch to boot.

First of all, I was talking about pushing hard on the lynching of Ell before since that seemed like one of the reasons people suspected me.
And excuse me, but how the feck would I know how Raining's ability works and why it didn't show my second power? I don't see how this make me even more suspicious.
Besides, why would I keep my second power hidden? If I'm going to be lynched, it'd be a waste not to tell you.
By the way, in the past game, Rummy was also influential. It means he has two votes.
Anyway, when all is said and done, there's beautiful irony in this: I pull a massively risky lie - people believe me. I tell the complete truth - I get lynched.

I love Messenger and I'm online whenever my computer's on, i.e. pretty much all day. It's a form of communication that fits me, but I understand completely why some people prefer for instance emails instead. I do have a problem with not receiving some messages on Messenger once in a while. Any idea how to solve this problem?
