The Legend Of Bagger Vance What a load of crap. I enjoy golf as much as the next person, and i adore Will Smith, but this was just too much. Inspirational speeches about losing your swing?! I had to change the channel after a while i just couldnt see the point of watching anymore.

Hmm, i've never tried that, unless Butterkist is actually buttered popcorn? Toffee is by far the best popcorn though, they just dont sell it at cinemas, or if they do it's the stuff in bags. I dont think ive ever seen fresh, just made Toffee popcorn.

Yeah i suppose they are, but i've grown accustomed to ones that don't taste so prominent. I dont know, its hard to explain. They are more pink instead of brown :p And again, salted popcorn is wrong! So dry and yuck.

They do look nice but i'll take your word for it! Why were on the subject of American food, i've never understood why they eat salted popcorn! Urgh! And their hot dogs are always of the pork variety which isn't that nice to be honest.

Working. Summer means nothing, as soon as you leave uni and get a full time job you dont have a summer anymore! I'm going to Alton Towers at the start of July though if that counts, but i know its going to be rammed so im not that excited (its the only time my familly can get together for my birthday). I'll also be seeing my old mates in brum which will be nice. August will be a snore, socially and work-wise and there are no games out, so after my brithday i'm really just looking forward to September when i get to see Millencolin live, and then October i should be going to EuroDisney with my girlfriend which will be cool.

It depends where you look. Homebase was the first place i applied to and i got the job the next day, probably because it was in a suburban area. However, when i started uni i applied for loads of jobs in Manchester town centre and had no luck for ages (i really wanted to work at HMV ). Everybody looks there though so the odds are much slimer. I eventually got a job at Pizza Hut though, which lead to an awesome job at Pizza Express and lots lovely tippage. But that doesn't help you being 16 at the moment.

If Heat and Hello arn't women's magazines then what are?

In her crack-pipe... ho-ho. Seriously though, i would never wish death upon someone but if she does die then it's hardly surprising.

"But yeah" is a sentence saviour! I use it a lot. Generally i use the words "awesome" and "totally" too much too. What bugs me is people that say "At the end of the day...". Footballers are the most guilty, i counted Beckham say it over 30 times within a short interview. It's ridiculous, and a stupid saying anyway.
-
Brought it on herself so i have no sympathy. Half of her fame came from her being a druggie anyway, so it serves her right.

Any price that would set me for life would be worth doing something for, as long as what it was didn't ruin the rest of your life, such as killing somebody and being on the run or something.

Try smaller shops if supermarkets dont work out. Newsagents and stuff. Or get a paper route :p

Having pointless arguments with your partner. It was so stupid, we were playing Street Fighter II on the Virtual Console and i said i wasn't good at fighting games, and she thought i said "i'm not good at games" and thought it was funny. She was adament she had heard me say that, but i think i know what i said, it came out of my lips! So we rowed. Both of us thinking we were right, over absolutely nothing. Pisses me off. Women! They can never admit when they're wrong!

I worked at Homebase when i was 16, so give them a try. They'll hire anybody. Generally supermarkets dont care how old you are either so you should have some luck with those you have tried. A lot of people worked at Tescos when i was at school.

I did a grands worth of freelance last month, and how much of it did i see? About £550. I was fucking outraged. How dare they tax money that i have worked my arse off for in my own time. It's sick. From that day on i pledged never to do that much freelance ever again. It's not worth it. I can do £500 worth and recieve about £300 of it and it doesnt seem so bad so i'd much rather do that. My rent is quite nice at the moment as we are living in my g/f's dad's friends bungalow (he hasnt sold his current house yet, and doesn't look likely to ever do so). But yeah, i hate being poor. I have two maxed out credit cards that i'll be able to pay off i dont reckon, and i've been overdrawn ever since i left uni. I just dont earn enough to pay any of it off. Must repeat... i love my job.... i love my job. It helps

Good Charlotte reminds me Franklin :p

Any New Found Glory song, mostly Sonny, reminds me of Jim (old folks here will remember him from the C-E era). He also got me into Millencolin way back when who have remained my favourite band ever since. Loads of songs remind me of other people though, too many to mention really. If someone likes something then i relate it to them, that's partly why i like to listen to different music not many people know as it makes it more mine, if that makes sense.

Aww, i missed the drama, but still, i get to be the one who brings the thread back to happiness! Happy Birthday

Urgh, i hate the eggs. What's wrong with you "milk bottle" people?!
-
Mainly music and film i guess. And i suppose writing counts too, but that's my job. I don't play or watch much sport anymore, not sure why, i just lost interest.

Someone called it a memory dongle at my g/f's work and it had her in stitches. Partly because she thought it sounded rude but largely because she thought the person had completely made it up. Ah, women. I call it a memory stick too by the way. It's quicker.

I've never really understood why Top Gear is so popular. It's just cars isn't it? What's so great about that?

There's also the Milkshake Bottle. I think that's what it's caleld anyway, they sell them at Woolworths and they are pretty awesome. Not nearly as good as the fizzy colas but still pretty nice, nicer than the standard milk bottles i'd say. The pink and white bottles here - i couldn't find an image of it on its own.

Cola bottles, but it has to be the red ones. I guess they would be cherry cola bottles but whatever. The white ones arn't nearly as nice.
