Let's see now... Super Mario Bros.: Finding the warp pipes for the first time. I was like 4 years old, back then, playing at my cousin's. Finding those by myself was quite rewarding at the time. Super Mario Bros. 3: Just playing it. Everything I saw was really well done. The suits, the secret pipes, the world map, etc. For a 4 Year-old, that game was never tiring, even if I repeated the levels a few times. Super Mario Bros. 2: I played this one later, when I was about 6, at a friend's house. Great game in it's own right. My best memories of this game involve the scary key guardians (think SA-X). Super Mario Land: Nice game. The best memories involve reaching the later stages and completing them. This game was harder than SMB. Super Mario Land 2: Oh boy, I love this one. Everyone at school had it. Finding the secret levels (including Space World), mastering the techniques to speed through them, was pretty fun. I felt like I knew that game like the back of my hand. Also, the Easy Mode. I first beat the game on Easy Mode (which was a surprise by itself). Then, beating Wario's castle on normal... Very few managed to do that back then. (I guess this game is my equivalent of Super Mario World) Donkey Kong: Gameboy version. This one was even more popular than SML 2. I loved it every time I solved a hard puzzle. Especially if the game wasn't mine and they were ahead of me. Super Mario 64: Great, great game. When I first saw it, I just wanted to get it. When I did, it didn't disappoint. Everything just clicked well in the game. And it never felt boring. Never. If I had to pick a moment, I'd choose finding some of the secret passages/rooms. I like these threads. Keep'em coming. : peace: (P.S.: What was wrong with the Metroid one? It had a pretty decent response.)

Really, can't they have any better idea for a Metroid level? At least this time, it resembles the game more (just for the background). The safe area is actually a good idea. It can certainly bring some originality to the table with this level. Here's hoping it's more fun than Brinstar. And that there is some stage related to other Metroid games. Hopefully Prime.

After the Fat Bastard? What can be worse than that? -
Lucas, Lucas, Lucas... Controversial character indeed. So his B-Moves resemble Ness...except his Side-B explodes instead of trapping and his Neutral B-Move freezes instead of exploding. His A-Moves are still quite different. He seems to prefer explosions and psychic powers, instead of the Yo-Yo's and brutal headbutts Ness likes. Also, Ness does not use snakes (in Smash Bros, at least) For those of you wondering, Ness is the protagonist of MOTHER 2 and Lucas is the protagonist of MOTHER 3. Since neither character has much of a personality (they're silent heroes) and share similar powers, many think Lucas can replace Ness as the representative of the series. I think Ness' chances are slim at this point, but you never know. Maybe Lucas is just a Luigi-fied version of Ness. Also, I don't recall anyone saying there wouldn't be any clones (aside from fan speculation).

Huzzah (nay, a thousand Huzzahs) for the only Deceitful and Paranoid Interactive Mistery Novel on the Net! -
His face is a lot like Barney's. If he had a suit and an american accent, he'd be nearly identical. Here's a comparison: Barney Adam Separated at birth?

Just watched Episode 7. Great stuff.

Gotta love the fact that he's shoving us in the face that Gray Fox is not playable. I hope you can still use Z to grab. I always preferred Z.

About Cube's suggestion, I think it could work very well if it isn't just protagonists. -

I strongly support this suggestion. As long as Master Chief is the Fat Bastard. And could there be an idiot mafioso/villain? I kinda like this idea. -

Nice! Even the rockets have their oddballs. Remember the last Rocket from GSC? He continued the TR work because he was an idiot and didn't know they had disbanded.:p My favorite suggestions thus far are: - Heroes -Zelda -Medieaval -Pokémon -Vanilla (). -

Jonnas replied to Petey Piranah's topic in General Gaming Discussion
I remember playing a demo of it waaay back. I was frustrated that I couldn't find the solution to the demo. From the wiki article: :o It wasn't my fault! :yay: All these years I thought I missed something! -

We could save the Smash Bros. one to when Brawl came out. More variety to choose from. Either that, or play with speculated characters. More unexpected roles. And Pichu would totally be a variation of the Fat Bastard. -
Thanks. Seems I ended up protecting nobody, then. Well, everybody thought you were a great asset. Mafia included. It surprises me nobody tried to kill you in the first days. (Hence my Sprout suspicion. He was desperately trying to lynch you)

Mafia Game #3 Sign-ups / Theme suggestion
Jonnas replied to chairdriver's topic in General Chit Chat
Sign me up! Maybe a Heroes theme. (Although Claire would be nearly immortal. Maybe she could be the new jester? ) Or maybe a "Lost" theme? Whatever. I liked the "vanilla" theme, though. -
I highly suspected you, too. With your crazy theories envolving evil policemen and psychics. Why did you people believed him? McCoy was obviously innocent. And Sprout, when I asked you to steal from Haggis, I was hoping you'd give me something more than a credit. Next time, I'm stealing from one of the inventors or magicians. About haggis, I suspected he was the Godfather a couple of nights before his death. Too bad I was already dead. Probably one of the only right predictions I made. One question, when I protected Sanchez (twice), the mafia killed nobody. When someone is protected, do the killer's attempt become futile, or will they target somebody else?
-
Truly intense. At least the townies won. Sorry AshMat, the day we lynched you, I was the one who cast the first vote. I trusted Sanchez. So MoogleViper, that's where you were when I tried to protect you in my last night. And to think I was trying to save the results... ReZourceman, next time you're my successor, please, don't paint a target on your back for everyone to see.

Three things of notice: -The Green Shells are back! I love them! -The Fire Flower has a classic look! I much prefer that one. (It's so weird seeing Sonic use a Fire Flower) -That clock...it probably stops time. Like Petey said.

I once received that e-mail in portuguese. It was very redeable in my language. However, in english it's rubbish to me (even though I've been reading and understanding it for such a long time). Weird, huh?

The Butterfly Effect (Director's Cut) had what you could consider a "bad" ending. And it makes sense, because it's more of a good ending. For those who want to know (different ending in the DC version):
-
Eternal youth... That would be nice. But that would also mean that the death of most would not be very peaceful. They would live until they had an accident. Or became sick. Still, I'm curious to see the world's future. I wouldn't mind becoming immortal to see it. By the way, that character from Gargoyles...his name was Macbeth, right?
-
Finally, some Fire Emblem music. And, of course, it's the only song that's common to all Fire Emblems. However, I didn't expect the lyrics. Nice touch. And the song seems to continue with the battle theme from FE1. (Still hoping for some FE6 music) Also, the cutscene is awesome. I certainly didn't expect Rayquaza.

Portuguese webspeak may be even worse. It's come to point where "c" and "s" are always replaced with "x" for no reason at all. Whenever I rexieve a mexxage like that I wonder if xomeone hax been xenxoring it.
