I don't thave them all, only 3 (2 plus a long EP), but Broken is fucking amazing. (That's the 8 track EP) I think The Downward Spiral is the one that's considered a fave by a lot of people.

I have it on my iTunes, I bought it for my sister for her birthday, and so copied it. I've listened to it a fair amount...I could probably hum you most of the hooks of a lot of the songs. (lol, street cred) Doesn't make it particularly good, just annoyingly infectious. : peace: EDIT: I think I have In The Zone from her otherwise, and it's far better.

I don't think it deserves the praise it gets. It's ok, and Meryl Streep is good in it. But it's not like they have a particularly good script for her to work with.

Wasn't her last album, "her comeback album"? It did pretty well, gave her some of her biggest hits, didn't it? Anyway, I don't like how quick these are being pumped out...she had previously made some pretty good pop songs (In The Zone), but I can't be bothered with her, or other pop tarts, when looking for good pop nowadays.

Probs bluntest lyrics I've heard from a woman in a long time! Every time I see your face I get all wet between my legs Every time you pass me by I heave a sigh of pain Every time I see your face I think of things unpure unchaste I want to fuck you like a dog Ill take you home and make you like it Everything you ever wanted Everything you ever thought of is Everything Ill do to you Ill fuck you and your minions too Your face reminds me of a flower Kind of like youre underwater Hairs too long and in your eyes Your lips- a perfect suck me size You act like youre fourteen years old Everything you say is so Obnoxious, funny, rude and mean I want to be your blowjob queen Youre probably shy and introspective Thats not part of my objective I just want your fresh young jimmy Jamming slamming ramming in me Every time I see your face I think of things unpure unchaste I want to fuck you like a dog Ill take you home and make you like it Everything you ever wanted Everything you ever thought of is Everything Ill do to you Ill fuck you til your dick is blue Flower- Liz Phair

The start had a good idea of the stars, as it's somewhat refelcted by the style of the third part. However, it took too long to get started, and wasn't animated enough. The second part had some nice bits, but seemed to dull (no pun intended). Third bit was the best. However, I wish she'd just had done one video where she was actively "in it". Like moving around and stuff.

Could be funny if they make it really unlike the original, but still odd. But yeah, it's totally uncalled for.

As long as it's not Jack Wills/Abercrombie, any of that lot, one can wear whatever they want. It's their choice whether they investigate where their cothes came from. Though I hate how everyone seems to wear the same thing since everyone shops in Topman/shop, they at least try to make interesting T-shirts. However, as Fresh said, labels like Supreme Being and Chunk are far more interesting. Theres a whole bunch of cool shops with amazing clothes in Edinburgh. I think I bought a pair of jeans/trousers from Primark once, maybe Peacocks. We don't have either in Edinburgh.

Watch Shadowlands. It's great. And about C.S Lewis. ---- Legends Of The Fall I love this film! Second time seeing it, just lots of bits that click for me, especially the story of the main woman (played by Julia Ormond). I think the conclusion to her story fits perfectly. Sad/depressing as a film, in a beautiful way.

Yeah, I think Burial should have won, but before I got the album, I would have preferred Laura Marling. Admittedly though, Elbow were very enjoyable live (without knowing any of their stuff, bar the current single). Of course Radiohead are great, but it's almost like they aren't allowed to win, lol!

Batman just looks completely camp there. I do like how "good" all the costumes are though. As in, effort was made.

As much as I defend/promot her other albums, Jagged Little Pill is just so damn good. Especially... Alanis Morissette

It's nice, but maybe too compact. Maybe something underneath? I'm probably just niticking. 8/10 -

5/10 She's not a particularly interesting looking fantasy witch, and the background is dull. -
Went to the Vanity Fair Portraits exhbition at the protrait gallery, which was awesome. Loads of beautiful pics...lots by Annie Leibowitz, whose work I've always liked. Went to see Man On Wire, which is bloody amazing.

I came around to The Warning, but Made In The Dark sounds cheap and from the listens I've given it, is a bit rubbish. In other news; Burial is amazing. As are Rachel Unthank & The Winterset. I'd kinda prefer they'd got the Mercury prize over Elbow. Also, finally bought Exile In Guyville by Liz Phair. Love it already. ---- Obligatory Burial video.

I'm not opposed to normal lyrcis, I just dislike the fact that Metal lyrics often are shoehorned into one type, but as you say it fits. Beauty doesn't have to have meaning, per se, I love a tonne of music that's either virtually intsrumental, or in other languages/made-up languages, etc. I just like "thinking into songs", it makes the experience more engaging and interesting. However, I couldn't be arsed doing that with every song ( no one could). I justlike when it feels that someone's true feeling and essence are put down lyrically, and I think Tori Amos does/has done that in many of her songs. [/is over it, though it still perturbed by how her Raining Blood is pointlessly hated] ------- Devils and Gods now that's an idea But if we believe that its They who decide That's the ultimate detractor of crimes 'cause Devils and Gods They are You and I Devils and Gods They are You and I Devils and Gods Safe and Inside. Devils And Gods (Interlude) - Tori Amos

I've still not seen Casino Royale. I have no particular desire to...just can't be arsed. I enjoyed the stupidness of Die Another Day, so yeah. I'm not the biggest Bond fan.
