    Ok...I get what you're saying. I left out the fact that when I try to reply to her comment "You know I'm right.", she kept saying "you know I'm right, but won't admit it.". Which is one of only things that makes my blood boil in a debate/arguement. When there's no acceptance of other views. She seems to believe that everyone who doesn't share her ignorant views are disgusting. I've posted that of course what she says is right to an extent. It's more her own faults tying into her views rather than just one of the other that gets on my tits. Gah. I've just opened a can of worms.

    Is the chorus "STARSTRUCK! baby can you blow my heart up?" I prefer that to the verses. The Fame is best track though. I just looked at the little mini site you can access with the CD...nothing much on it. Got an atrocious remix of LoveGame. Signed up for something, not sure what. *shrug*

    Had a brief henry V rehearsal. I like that I have a line in the final scene. Confirming I am a secondary tier main character, as I had my doubts. In Design Tech. this morning, the technician was making loads of weapons, and he said they were for the battle scene in Henry V. Instead of swords (I assumed we'd get) we're getting shitty mallets. However, he was making a few spears too, and I'm trying to make sure that as a secondary main character/Henry's cousin, I get a spear. In any case, during the battle, I have to make a point of chasing my friend's girlfriend offstage angrily. So I may as well do it in style.

    Well to be fair, it combines into the fact she has a...(can't explain) hand-made personality. She tidies everything up, she's fake, she has all these affectations, she puts on a cutesy yet fake-affirmative voice etc. This combined with her printing out a sheet of statistics about how 50% of people who've dared touch marijuana die 6 years earlier or whatever makes me want to kill myself/her. It's the fact she thinks she's in the right. I'm not saying 'Drugs are harmless, maaaaan!", but I think experimentation with whatever it might be (within limits) is condusive to more enjoyment in certain situations. But then she's a vegetarian because she was raised as one, and that annoys me too. She assumes meat tastes horrible. But yeah, that's a different thing. All in all she's a whiny bitch. I probably overreacted in my original post, but in my defence, I didn't intend for a thread to by started. People are allowed to choose to do/not to do whatever the hell they want, but I dislike when they are ignorant/have a lack of understanding of the reasons why people would do that.

    Bat For Lashes new single, Daniel is on iTunes now. I'm'a wait for the album to come out though. Also, on the Paris Is Burning single by Ladyhawke, there's an acoustic cover of Womanizer by Britney Spears. It sound pretty bad and pointless.

    Just checked back and I'd missed it. Because of the little I know about him, he seemed to be the stoner type anyway. He's a "writer" doing English, hanging around with lots of music/creative types. Evidently I was wrong.

    Please don't be like this girl. I keep losing little bits of faith in you. The Live Music thread etc.. She equated my saying that it's ok and NORMAL to experiment with drugs like Marijuana to saying that it was ok to kill someone. Because both are illegal.

    I agree. It's the way she acted like the actual thought of trying Marijuana was akin to being a hardcore heroin addict that just is stupid. She can't seperate innocent experimentation that most people nowadays do in some form or another, and serious addiction to dangerous substances.

    Because I felt an intense internal struggle when trying to decide whether to post it or not. Here it is; Bear in mind when she started working with The Matrix, she went from being one of the few great female rock artists of the 90's, to being a pop slut, with songs called "Hot White Cum" and "My Favourite Underwear". Among others. Glad she wasn't being totally serious. I can't recommend the album shown at the end enough. Thats a masterpiece of rock/indie. REAL indie.

    We all hate her, but it's the fact she has nowhere else to go as her sister is some shitty depressive, our friendship would be over completely (not that big a deal to me/good thing, but I do feel lots of guilt over things like that) and we get money from her. (However, just enough to cover her living here) She could move in with one of the bombadiers (the half of our year who aren't the "cool" ones) who fancies her. He can have her... But yeah. And her stupid old parents who have to travel down in a mobile home and park it really mebaressingly outside the house, so our neighbours can't get out! GAH!

    I was going to post a lovely video Liz Phair made to make clear the fact that she's given up working with production team The Matrix, to go back to her superior indie roots. She fights Morpheus in it, and other jokey things. It's not that funny unless you're a fan though. Therefore no video in this post.
