  1. Throw him to the dogs. He's a killer we don't need hanging around. He's a far more likely threat to us than to the mafia.
  2. I hate Daniel Radcliffe's voice and manner. In real life and the films. He's better in the later films (I think. I can't remember all that clearly).

I love the fact Prince does the soundtrack to the first Batman. Of all people to soundtrack Batman, why him? I quite like Batdance though. Apparently it was no.1?! So random.
  4. I mean you can tell from bits of X-Men he's a good writer, but it seems like a bit too much for him. The huge cast, the events etc etc. Things just seem a bit deflated.
  5. Hmmm..that's mine. I hate. I hate drawing things from my head. Recently I be giving every woman I draw Victoria Beckham's face. :/ (I do quite like the dress though)
  6. His X-Men is fairly average. I understand his Iron Man and Iron Fist is brill, but I'm not talking about that. His X-Men is very average. The direction is interesting, but so far a lot of it has been quite flat. I like that he's trying to recapture Morrison's Emma (since she's been so abused since the end of Whedon's run), but otherwise, a lot of his plots are very...lacking. I like that's he's using all these random characters you love to see, but..take Sisterhood for example. Such an anticlimax. And that's like...6 issues worth of story. Spiral was criminally written. I don't know. Maybe I've been spending too much time on the X-Boards on CBR. I don't hate his writing, but it's not great (on X-Men). Looking foward to him only being co-writer of X-Men actually. EDIT: I know what it is! I think it's that the direction is interesting, but really unwieldy. Or something. Like...it's just Cyclops, and his soldiers, there's no room for him to develop many of the other characters properly, there's so many. It doesn't feel like X-Men. Whereas X-Men: Legacy and both Astonishing titles do. But on the other hand, I love the idea of having everyone on the island, allowing for jokey team-ups. The Legacy Necrosha team is the best example - Rogue, Magneto, Colossus, Psylocke, Nightcrawler, Husk and Loa. Yes. The young ones are integrated = positive. Yeah. Shut up. It just doesn't feel right. And the art is shit, apart from the Dodsons.
  7. Generation Hope was great. Considering I had no interest in the concept before I read the issue. Guess it's just Fraction's writing that was "meh", cause this first issue under Gillon/Gillen was pretty cool.
  8. My new local one is like getting on it's feet, like only has current issues, graphic novels and loads of random X-Men back issues (which I'd enjoy if I hadn't read them all already). Maybe in a few weeks once it gets more back stock or whatever.

I will read more Dynamo 5 at Xmas, I don't want to DL anything whileusing Uni internet...I have to buy what I want atm. x

  9. It's such a surreal situation, having Aronofsky direct this. It's like he's doing them a favour, out of goodwill or something. It feels like if David Lynch announced he'd be directing the next High School Musical. Hopefully he'll make it awesome. He's a great director.
  10. I still Vote: Diageo I'd rather those not in line with my views were eradicated post-hate.
  11. Found out Amerie is playing Hippodrome in Kingston. YES! My old flame. I love her in a jokey way/I enjoy some of her songs. Shame she's been such a fail of late though.
  12. Fopp's awesome! It's like a (slightly) cheaper HMV that only stocks films and CD I'd actually want to watch/listen to. The one in Edinburgh is brill. You can walk in there and pick up several stunning movies and CD's for under a tenner.
  13. It was my birthday.

I agree with Shorty in that the divide is really clear in the quality of his work. I really need to see his earlier films like Ed Wood and Mars Attacks!, both of which I've heard good things about throughout my life.
  15. I just can't believe Dannyboy chose Like Whoa over Potential Break-Up Song...
  16. Atrociously photoshopped.
  17. That Cowboys vs. Aliens one is yawn. Some good ones posted in here already, but: All gorgeous. There aren't enough graphically interesting movie posters around.
  18. He just edited in the pic I chose. Thanks Shorty! *shouts into an empty room*
  19. I wouldn't agree that Image were the "best publisher", simply because I only read two (very good) Image titles, but my heart and love will always belong to Marvel and DC. Due to the characters. I get the impresson Image are pretty good all-round now, but were AWFUL intially, with all that Liefeld-esque stuff in the 90's. -- Age of X actually sounds pretty interesting http://www.comicbookresources.com/?page=article&id=29410 Is that Pixie without fairy heritage being great with knives?! Basilisk/Cyclops is great. Jubileeyessssss.
  20. Is it not meant to be Zelda...? Good job on the Goomba though. :p
  21. Where?! I still need Series 2, but at that price, I'll take the box set of both...
  22. Kairi and Selphie wish you an innapropriate leg-touching-filled birthday.

His new stuff is shit. I hate that argument. "Doesn't everyone say x about every other x???!?!". Only rubbishies do. Just listen to the people saying it whose opinions you hold dear.
  24. I've put poisoners in my mafias before. It's not too bad. (Especially if the town is too great) At least Diageo was warned he was poisoned by PM. Presumably whoever the doctor is will find him tonight.
