    havent got it yet, just had a look, wanting to spend my pay check on somthing with some real significance. £80 i know a sword dosent seem to have much significance to many of you, but to me, they do.

    i had a brief stint at a photography agency, just for a week n a bit. never the less, i have "published interior designer on my CV. well done though buddy, life an work, there alla bout the experience. got my first pay today, sucks how much im losing to tax. wage would work out as £8000 a year after tax. course, my job wont last that long, unless swine flu get some balls. looking at a sword i want to buy, though im waiting till ive got my overdraft a little neater.

    sorry, but thats bollocks. games consoles have always been very expensive, the 3DO was like $600, years ago now, and there is absolutuly no clause saying you must play using an HD TV, you can use a standard definition just as easily. lets not forget the longer console lifespan either, a higher inital price for a console that is relivent for longer seems fair.

    is this generation poor? in no way do i think so. games are getting higher production values, better understood in the general media, and the quality of games being relased is breathtaking. compaired to the previous generation, the GC/ps2/xbox, i feel a much better selection of games are out, and EA in particular has really improved its standards. the only negative i could really come up with is that with patches being so easy, buggy games are often released.

    meh, think we went to iraq for bad reasons, but should stay, war on afganistan was more agreeable, but still, the number of civilians dead on afganistan or iraq individualy as a direct result of our action dwarfs the number lost in the terrorist attacks. seems kinda hypocritical to old chris.

    shes messaging me on facebook, saying she likes my profile picture, i made a little joke, asked how she got home. anouther exchange bassicly paying me a compliment on my looks, seems like ive some how managed to get in there!

    ok, i was at work, happy to be sat with a girl i fancy. me and her were palying pictonary, i drew an arrow pointing to her, she gave up and said "what film is it?" i said "pretty woman" i ask you, is that ace, or is it awful?

    had a fairly ok day if im honest, got the metro, randomly sat next to a guy realising we work together, had a good chat. got to work half an hour early, as planned, they are nazis about being signed on on time. sat with a guy ive not sat with before. hes nice enough, but a little on the odd side. customers were ok today, could of issues but i wont bore you with em. outher then that, it just sucks i dont get sat with the hot girls. also thanks molly, your a stand up dame!

    had an ok shift, sat with people, i didnt know, mostly black for some reason, which was kinda cool. one told me his name, as in his tribal name, it had two very loud clicks in it. so awsome. also, had a really nice guy on the phone about his kid, thanked me loads. made me day.

    starting to like my job, i got paid today to laugh my arse off at a guy saying "i never liked malteasers, there too round." made even funnier as he looks like mark from peep show.

    first full live shift over, my hours this next 2 weeks suck, 4-12 every day, though got thursday and friday off. it will mean ive worked 2 weeks with out a day off but oh well. got a lift home of a college, hes really canny. got home and my mam is plastered, not nice.

    just done my first shift, and had a full spectrum of callers, some were fine, some needed to phone 999. it was ok actualy, very few calls, in a 8 hour shift (6 on the phones) i had 7 calls, most of which i cleared quickly team are good, seemes an ok place to work if im honest.

    last summer, i bought uncharted for the ps3, having just shaved. i was asked my date of birth. i was 21 at the time. i was gutted.

    managed to get in touch with a work mate, he says he had to call about his hours after the wait got stupid. guess what im doing at 9am!

    yeah, it'l be nice to have a distraction from the fact im bassicly being screwed with by work, and ive been there a single day. how can such a large orinisation, on such a large campaign, be so badly organised? i swear, if this dosent get resolved, i'm selling my story to the papers.

    thanks for all the well wishes, though it seems they are premature. basicly, i sat through training, we were set to go once we got our shifts, then we were sent home and told we would be phoned tonight with our shifts. its about a quater to ten and no one has phoned me. do i even have a job? i don't know. im really rather pissed off though, first thing tommorow morning i'm getting on the case.

    urgh, havent got my shifts yet, loads of problems getting it sorted, apparently they will phone me with them. if they don't, i'm screwed. dont know how i'll get home from late shifts, no carpool in effect, not sure whos working when. my life is in a mess. hopefully i can sort out a carpool at work, they really should have a board for it when it ends at such hours as 11 or 12. also, i drove like a twat, got so fruistrated and just got worse. today hasnt gone well. still, watchmen and the dark knight returns arvied, as a gental introduction to graphic novles.

    job get! start tommorow, im advising people on swine flu. im not sure how im going to get home from late finnishes, but i'll ask about a car pool tommorow.
