Hi, I was recently disturbed and shocked by the recent epispode (21 October) of cult male favourite 'Hot Tub Ranking'. Instead of furfilling my entertainment needs at 23:35 every Friday evening, I was treated to a show that done nothing but insult my sexuality. Being used to seeing five lovely ladies in the best underwear available today, I was horrified to witness five other human beings the same gender as myself (I am a man, who is straight) parade around in thong-like undergarments. Being a show targeted towards young 18 year old males with no life (like myself), I see nothing but stupidy showing a men edition of HTR. I, along with other fellow other males in the same angry predicament, were forced to do nothing but watch this insanity whilst considering our future loyalty towards other Channel Five programming. In addition, the show's presenter's gender is greatly debated amongst fellow HTR followers, could you please confirm for me that the presenter of Hot Tub Ranking used to be a man? It's tough. A girl in work caught my eye and I really went all out to try and make something happen. After a month or so, things got good and we swapped numbers etc. Then, about 4 months on she told me she was moving 200 miles away from home to start uni elsewhere. Halo 2 brought in more in its opening weekend than any movie, dvd, cd or any other form of entertainment could. It's literally sold the Xbox for Microsoft, the only people 'hyping' it so much are the gamers like me and you. Personally, I think it's amazing and it took me into a genre that I was mnever previously interested in.

I see GAME are selling Pro Evo 5 for £20 if you trade in Pro Evo 4. I'll take that one up on Monday, I think.

Sounds good, the newer games are always more difficult to begin with and get easier with time. Nice to know it's a bit more realistic with the build up play.

2 Vs 2 matches sound great, there's loads of potential there. Two players could join a party against another team of two for some tense games.

Moria, what software do you use to convert? I don't want to shell out for QT Pro and can't find any serials anywhere. I've been using a 3GP converter but the quality is poor.

Pretty much, I spent a few hours last night importing a load of short clips into Quicktime format. Although it'll look good on the iPod screen, it looks like shit on a full sized computer or TV screen.

Am I the only person/idiot who bought this from here? Currently, my order is 'Preparing for Dispatch' and should be here end of this week, beginning of next. I've already converted a few dvds into iTunes in preperation, it should be cool watching them on my iPod next week.

I can see where Mike is coming from, and I hope the local punters keep going, maybe have the odd cigarette outside the pub between drinks or something. But personally, I can't wait for the ban to come into effect. Smoking has taken 3/4 of my grandparents, the only survivor never touched cigarettes, which speaks volumes for me. I bought my crystal Xbox on launch with my first paycheck from GAME in Glasgow. The manager clearly wanted a sale out of me but I managed to get a discounted contoller and he recommended a few good, classic, cheap games for the console like PGR" and Halo 1. He told me about Xbox Live an everything, then shook my hand and wished me the best with my new console. Nothing bad to say about them.
