It's good there's a bit of variety on Xbox Live now, we can play whatever we're in the mood for. Going back on topic, this game is plauged with lag, although seemed to be better on 50Hz mode. Think some of us should e-mail Activision about it? Haver: You picked it up yet?

Being totally honest, I really dig Iceman. I can see why you can call him 'gay' because of his inferior size to the bigger characters you lot select, but I'm digging his powers. Besides, he's cool.

I will indeed Moria. But I have an alarming thought: We in the UK, unlike in the States, have to pay a TV licence for ANY piece of equipment that can broadcast television. That includes TVs, PCs, Projectors, and mobile devices. Now, I've got a terrible feeling that we'l never see legally downloadable TV shows in iTunes UK because of that. Do you agree?

Yea, I gave in and bought the fucker in Tesco tonight with my discount (for £22) with the last few pounds I had available considering my hefty £200 video iPod purchase earlier this week. It definitly has potential if I learn what the hell everything means and everyone would stop mocking me and calling me gay. ICEMAN!!!!!!1111onelololol

I ordered a White 30GB one last night. Shipping date isn't until 24 October though, so I wont have one for about a fortnight. And yes, you can put any Quicktime MPEG4 video on it. If you do some google searching, you can convert any .wmv or any other format into QT to play on the iPod. The downside? Only 2 hours video playback battery life.

Apologies go to Haver, Bowser and Meik (If he got back from the cinema last night) as I just moments before I was heading downstairs to log into xbox live, the power in the whole of East Dunbartonshire went down. It didn't respawn for another 10 hours, so I just went to bed, hope you had fun without me.

To be honest, I wouldn't really be that interested in having music videos on my iPod. I've got plenty of video clips (no, not that type) that I'd love to be able to watch on-the-go. I think the new iPod may have a 'video out' port where you can hook it up to a TV source and watch the movies or whatever though a TV, instead of the tiny iPod screen. I'd probably pay about £250 for a video iPod.

I swear I had it won before I accidently selected the 120foot putting range instead of 5foot. Good games nonetheless, I expect them to get even tighter as we all improve.

OK lads, Tee Off Time shall be around 7 o'clock on Friday, giving you the full day to play the game and train/customise your character. Whereas I'll be minutes home from Uni and playing the game for the first time online with you lot.

I guess my 4 'groups' of friends would be: Work mates, Uni mates, School mates and the Halo crowd. My two best mates are Andy and Pabs. Pabs is black, and we are both comically racist against each other 24/7, we can get into some pretty hillarious arguments over the phone (Just ask the Halo crew). However Pabs can't drink due to his religion, and thats where Andy comes in. It's his 18th tomorrow night, we'll all be getting hammered without Pabs being there, which is a shame, but life. Andy's a person I can tell anything to, I love him (another nudge to Halo crowd).

I'll be trading in a bunch of old games (including Forza) to get Tiger on the cheap. Count me in. When's Tee-Off time for Friday?

Must admit, that was the funniest 'session' I've had of late, loads of times I had to press mute on the mic to stop the laughter getting through. I gave you guys the chance to listen in to one of my unique phone calls too.

I think PD0 could have around 32 players+, so if the gameplay's up to scratch and it doesnt become a lag-a-fest, then it should be a worthy rival to Halo's crown.
