Gears of War 3 Xbox 360 Gears of War 3 Epic Edition It feels like christmas for me! ha. EDIT: (Free download copy with above console bundle) Both i got from trading in the bundle copy of gears of war 3.

I'm back home with my sexy new console! Bit miffed it doesn't come with aHDMI cable as i am sure my elite did years ago! Will use my PS3 one for now and will have to buy another. I traded in my bundle copy straight away while in store for £35 and got Dead Space 2 (360) and Little Big Planet 2 (PS3) with that. They also give me some microsoft points for free (not sure how many till i enter code) and Crysis 2 (download copy) which i wasn't expecting! Currently transfering all my data and setting up new console, love the controllers and the D-Pad! Now just to wait for my epic edition...

That's odd, my GAME were pretty much offering that option to me as i said i also had the epic edition on pre-order from their site. I'm hoping now they don't change there mind when i get there to do it!

When i was in GAME the other day i asked them about that and they told me yes, and if it is a bundle copy they will still sort it out for me still etc. I currently have the hard drive with my data hidden away in a draw because if someone happens to that hard drive before i can transfer data to the new console and i lose my Mass Effect save data i might cry!!

Cool! I have no chance, downside to getting the epic edition i suppose... couriers will have been told not to deliver till Tuesday i would have thought. I checked my tracker before and mine was at the 'National Hub' at 07:16 this morning. Although i have no 360 until i pick up my new gears console anyway so it coming today would make no difference to me!

Nice one mate! I can't wait to get my console tomorrow. As far as i am aware any is fine... As the hard drive i used to transfer my saves and some data across is my old PS3 one... i did also test a standard memory stick i got years ago which the 360 also recognised. Because they are not microsoft offical it wiill give a 'performance warning' but it's not like your planning on running games off it etc. The 360 formats the memory device so it can transfer stuff to it anyway, you would just lose anything which is already on the stick before hand.

I go and see people I get on with and give them a nice speech about it all, that's how I have been getting mine, not everyone looks at their Facebook all the time!

Enjoyed it again, not amazing but i did find it quite sad at the end I am very interested to see how the final ep plays out as they are making a big point of saying his death is a fixed point in time, death would be a gift but even the doctors mentioning that knowing your own fate can change things etc. And the whole general theme of has the doctor got too big for his boots etc.

Bit of a bump. Just to say that i got screen burn again tonight because my gf left the sky HD menu on for 10 minutes static... *sigh*. Even though i know it will fix itself i think i may start looking for a new TV in the months to come as i am taking this as a early warning sign my tv is getting old.

Police will review the evidence, the CPS will have a look and then decide. An arrest does not prove anyone guilty (with i think some people forget, i'm talking generally, not aimed at anyone on here) No matter what has happened a bloke has been killed which makes it a crime so an investigation happens. If the media are accurate in what they have realised regarding this then i agree and i am also confident that he will be free to go.

My delivery is on the 'advised' stage with the courier so i am assuming they will be picking it up from GAME tomorrow for delivery on Tuesday.

The police have to conduct the investigation into what actually happened and an arrest preserves evidence. Being arrested does not prove you guilty, only that you are a suspect. There was another one in manchester a month or two ago and the home owner was released without charge as there was enough evidence for self defence. He killed a person so he is automatically a suspect for a murder but if the investigation proves it was self defence like other cases then he will be free to go.

The ref was pretty poor on a lot of decisions imo, i remember there was a few free kicks etc i was bit confused on! Forgot to mention De Gea, thought he pulled off some good saves today which i was happy to see. It will be awhile before he will settle in with learning english etc but there is times where he shows the kind of keeper he can become. Hope so anyway!

Good match to watch! Although i was on the edge of my seat at times as a united supporter. Chelsea played well, we were lucky with the first two goals (although Nani's goal was excellent anyway and no-one even marked smalling for the first). First half i felt Anderson was giving away a lot of bad passes. Could have easily had another three with hitting the crossbar which lead to the penalty and then later Rooney hitting the post and rooney trying to give Berbatov the goal at the end. BUT then Chelsea missed some good chances like the Torres one! (lol). Very even match, just we put our goals away where they counted.

I have not decided what games to play other than i shall be starting with sonic 1 and making my way through them like last year. Rest assured though i will be taking all my current gen consoles and games just incase i have an urge for something at some point! :p

I started this the other night when i got back from work but only did one level when i was half asleep and thought 'meh'. I will give it a proper go some other time when i am more awake.

Are you talking game licences for downloadable games? If so yeah there is a limit on when you can transfer but as long as your logged in as your gamertag you bought the games with then it is fine. Some licences are still on for my first console when i got rid of years ago and i never had problems. Although when i get this new one i will transfer them then.

A bit of a late decision by me at the start of the week but i have decided to get the gears of war xbox 360 as well as the epic edition! I needed to get a new 360 anyway (or more i wanted one and kept thinking my elite was going to break) and the trade in offer GAME were doing i thought was too good to turn down. The bundle is £270 for the console, extra controller and the standard edition of the game as well as a 320GB hard drive. You can trade in a 120GB elite and then pay £150 (so basically they are giving you £120 for an old elite) and then trade or sell the game inside for another £30-£40. So all in all i am only actually spending £110ish. The game will be a bundle copy without a barcode but the staff have already told me they will change the sleeve for me there if i open it up so i can trade it in. What is odd is the only offer £70 on there trade in board normally for a elite. And given my elite has been making lots of loud and strange noises recently and wasn't expecting a penny from it i thought it was too good for me to pass up! I have already traded my console in for the deal ready for tuesday and transfered my saves to an external hard drive and installed games etc.

My boring car related thing for today is... I got my car washed and cleaned the inside today. My car looks like a sexy beast again!
