Indeed. It's simple for the Olympian gods thanks to the keepsakes. However, I now have reached the point where I need them to give me a "quest" so I can eventually give them Ambrosia...no one has done so, yet.

For a while, I gotta do a few suicide runs. This is where the way the story progresses falls flat. Not to brag, but I had 22 consecutive successful runs and I barely made progress with the epilogue. Gonna just die over and over again a couple of times to increase the bond with the Olympians.

Now I'll hope even more that the game will be on PlayStation in the future. Just to annoy you Thanks for the impressions Seems like a game I'd enjoy, but alas I won't be able to play it.

Well, credits have rolled. Thank goodness Kojima is in the video game industry. He's bold, not afraid to take different approaches, to defy genres, to create something you haven't experienced before. The final hours of the game are simply incredible. Weird, intense, emotional. Yes, there were tears again. Death Stranding is a masterpiece. And I cannot wait to see what the sequel will bring to the table. See the sun set The day is ending

Beware, HUGE story/character spoilers coming up Slowly but surely coming closer to the end. A certain scene will come up soon. Pretty sure it'll bring tears to my eyes again.

Yeah, that confused me. Thankfully the ball bonuses helped a bit. Did you have some slight issues with the "Take the Plunge" trophy? Getting it done was a bit iffy for me. The ball kept wiggling around and a lot of times the plunge wasn't good enough

After a few successful runs I'm still unsure. But... This little guy keeps me going. Gotta make him happy I really hope the endgame in Hades 2 is more fleshed out. There is basically nothing worthwhile to acquire in this one. The summons, sure, but they require a stupid amount of work and once you have them all you probably don't need them. Less decorations, more upgrades that you can use during runs please. It's all this game needed to elevate it from "meh" to "awesome".

Love that guy I stopped constructing roads and completing miscellaneous delivery orders because the story has gripped me again. Gonna focus on completing the story for now. The trophy hunt can wait until we're closer to Death Stranding 2 The mountain region is a huge step up in difficulty. Not that the game is difficult, but compared to previous regions it's quite tough to get around. Snow, whiteouts, more dangerous BTs...gotta come prepared or you're getting drowned in the tar.

Pinball Heroes Quick and easy Platinum. The game is okay. Has 8 pinball tables based on PS3 games. Quite a nostalgia trip to be honest Other than that, it's nothing worthwhile.

Fingers crossed

Indie World Christmas Event (19th-23rd Dec)
drahkon replied to Hero-of-Time's topic in Nintendo Gaming
Oh, Risk of Rain Returns. Cool. Oh, it's only on PC and Switch. Fuck off. -
Seems like a great controller. Can do everything the other devices it competes with can, has some impressive fine-tuning and comes with the standard DualSense features (including what people call "abysmal battery life" ). People shit on the price, but it's reasonable given its features. Other controllers in that spectrum (i.e. "Pro", "Elite", "Scuff", etc.) are similarly priced but come with less features. I want one and given some financial boons coming, I may actually try to get one sooner rather than later.

Are You Ready For Nintendo's Next Console?
drahkon replied to Hero-of-Time's topic in Nintendo Gaming
I'm ready for a new Nintendo console if they deliver better games with it. Nintendo lost me with the Switch's output, so I will definitely wait a year or two before diving into their new console. Regarding the console itself, I'd love to see simply a more powerful Switch. Is a neat device and kinda just needs more power and better ergonomics (and better Joy-Cons...). -
+ The game is beginning to bore me. Little to no challenge, but I have to go through the motions in order to unlock higher difficulty settings, unlock weapon aspects, increase affinity with gods, fulfill prophecies, etc. Upgrading all keepsakes will probably take the longest. And I'm not sure if I want to... Sorry, @Hero-of-Time but I might not go for the Platinum after all. I don't think the game is good enough to warrant the trophy hunt. Haven't made a final decision, yet, but it's not looking good.

Hmm...Astro or weird tentacles?
-
Urgh, no way. Rather Messi than CR7, but the best right now would be: they retire
-
Put me on it, as well. The less titles Messi wins, the better

Ordered a copy, no shipping costs. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Maybe this helps? Never mind, it's sold out. I thought you meant that the regular version wasn't available at all.
-
Finally made some actual progress after building more roads. On my way to Mountain Knot City now. Gonna make this my priority for now and after I'm done with that segment it's back to material collection and road construction
-
Good to know. Thanks. Cheap PSN credit (and maybe waiting for a sale) will be the way to go, then
-
So 12.5€ per game. Will we see the individual digital versions at the same price? Or can we expect 14.99€ (or more?).
-
Credits rolled after a 10 streak Now for the trophy hunt. Gonna check a guide and figure out the best approach.

Wasn't there an alternative skill list on the Mirror of Night? I unlocked all tiers, but there are supposed to be some "green skills", or am I remembering this wrong?
