    I did not. Didn't want to burn myself out I think one story line of the DLCs gets picked up in SM2, so I'll watch a recap video tomorrow. I wanted to do this anyway because I don't really remember much from Miles Morales Man, I can't wait. My day off on Friday got approved so I'm ready for a good old fashioned midnight gaming session.

    My mate coming in clutch with his local store breaking the streetdate by a lot. He's also very busy with work so I took advantage and stole borrowed his stuff 4 hours in: It's pretty, it's smooth, it's Mario. So far, nothing truly special, though. The Wonder Flowers have been hit or miss. Some are cool, some are just...meh. What I like: Some levels off the beaten path are on a more difficult side, which I appreciate as all the recent Mario games have been piss easy. I actually lost 6 lives on one level If anything, this is a good time waster before Spider-Man 2 arrives

    But which one? 40fps or 60fps? I'm going with the former first. While my monitor doesn't support VRR it supports 120Hz so it should be fine. But even if it's not, can't go wrong with 60fps. Aside from MJ's and Miles' stealth sections, it was sublime. I didn't even get burnt out by the open-world filler stuff. I had a blast with everything.

    Noice! Not watching anything, though. Got the Platinum for Spider-Man Remastered some time ago, Spider-Man 2 is pre-loaded and ready and if everything goes well I'll get time off from work on Friday so I can play all night (or rather until I fall asleep ). Fingers crossed

    Of course, but MS has the most spending power by far and as is evident they are not afraid to use it to phase out the competition. And they will keep doing so. It's gonna be a shitshow in the next months/years.

    And there it is Another 12€ are pending but should go through in the next 24 hours. Now the refurbished 64GB model just needs to be in stock again...

    Even better. If my final skin sales go through I'll be sitting at 260 bucks in my Steam wallet. Having to only pay 70€ more for the device and then an additional 70-80€ for an SSD seems like a great deal for a refurbished Steam Deck I may wait for Black Friday to see if a new Deck will be on sale so I won't have to "resort" to a refurbished one.

    @Happenstance got a few questions for you since you've had some experience with a Steam Deck. If the sales of my Counter Strike Skins go through, I'll likely have about 200-250€ in my Steam Wallet and I'm considering a purchase of a refurbished 64GB Steam Deck and upgrading it with an SSD. I intent to play some older games from my library and the odd indie game here and there. Would you say the Steam Deck is a viable option for that? And you say that it's underpowered compared to more recent devices. Is it still possible to play newer games at reasonable FPS and graphics settings? Also: Do you have experience with emulation? Do you need to install a different OS or how would that work?

    Fair enough I've started playing it, but thanks to EA FC24 and the long weekend we're currently having, everything aside from Clubs is on the back burner

    Finished this last night. What a game I can't recommend it enough. It's so good! I had a few theories throughout the game and one of them was right! I won't go into detail, you just have to believe me that I am smart I was wrong about many other things, though Yeah, awesome game. PS+ keeps on delivering! Now to go for the Platinum, which shouldn't take long!

    Always happy to see accessibility features even though I'm lucky enough to not need them. I do, however, always appreciate stuff like auto-complete QTEs and skip puzzles in games like these Speaking of: The mate I'm game-sharing with has Spider-Man: Remastered in his digital collection so you know I just had to download it.     I do, but I don't have a bard in my party so I can't relate The next big patch will arrive today and one feature has been confirmed: Not something I will use a lot, but people seem very happy it'll be in the game. I just hope some performance issues (inventory lag...) will be fixed on PS5. I would also appreciate mouse and keyboard support just to give it a try. Anyways, I'm still taking a break (thanks, Yakuza 5) but I enjoy reading patch notes so I hope they are released soon

    Will definitely share my experience with the game. But for now, I've put it on hold because Yakuza 5 is leaving PS+ in a month and I really want to finish it before that happens

    Gonna quit my job, leave university and just fuck it all. Video games 4 lyf Absolutely crazy line-up...it'll most likely be FFVII Rebirth first for me. The other games have to wait. Anyways, I just checked PS+ and it seems that Yakuza 3-5 will leave the service in a month. Which means I have to play the 5th entry in the series now. Sorry 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim...priorities. Awesome Wacky as always
