Pretty much done with Chapter 2. But not ready to move on. Currently fighting a certain enemy again and again to level up. Is it efficient? No. Is it necessary? Probably not. Am I enjoying it? Yes

Woke up early to play more One annoying thing I noticed: Party members you don't control attack way too infrequently...their ATB Gauge barely fills up during fights. I don't remember if it was the same in Remake but goodness me it's infuriating Aerith is my designated healer right now with Cure set as an Auto-Ability but it's useless when I have to keep watching HP and her ATB Gauge.

Have I played this for 5 1/2 hours straight today? Yes! Will I play more after a Helldivers session? YES!

It's a dangerous game for sure It's crazy how much it sucks... These Stakes really do feel like Slay the Spire's Ascensions. You need to get fairly lucky early to have a chance to survive and then just play like a genius. Even then, RNG can and will fuck you up at times. Love it I might focus on unlocking the final 4 jokers next, before tackling all Stakes with all Decks. I need to play a 5 card hand that only contains Gold cards play a hand that contains four 7 of Clubs discard 5 Jacks at the same time in one hand, earn at least 100,000,000 chips

Played it for a few hours tonight. This time not with randos but with a friend and one of his colleagues. First of all: Cross-play is great. And the Discord implementation is awesome! Thanks to certain things I decided to postpone my final Bachelor's exam to next semester - which means: I'll probably pick up FFVII: Rebirth sooner, rather than later. Hopefully I can clear my head a bit until launch day, so I can enjoy it early and take part in discussions here
