  1. I do also think that the grey ipod classic looks incredibly cheap (as in tacky)
  2. 3G, Picture messaging, video recording, video watching, copy/paste, games, radio, proper camera, picture editing, use your own ringtones... I could go on and on
  3. UK Prices: iPod shuffle: £49 iPod nano: £99 (4GB), £129 (8GB) iPod classic: £159 (80GB), £229 (160GB) iPod touch: £199 (8GB), £269 (16GB) iPhone, fantastic innovation, excellent styling and OS... lacking in features big time. I'm getting an 8GB black asap, why wait.
  4. Enjoy taking it out your pocket every time you want to change the volume! God the iPod touch is so shiiiiit.
  5. You know what really pisses me off? How England can suffer such serious injuries to key personel yet other nations are pretty much injury free. England can lose players of fantastic quality like Jonny Wilkinson, Harry Ellis, David Strettle, Dan Ward Smith, Julian White... all out of the World Cup ('probably' in Wilko's case). Other nations are pretty much perfectly fine. Imagine if Ireland lost O'Driscoll, D'Arcy, O'Connell and O'Gara. Or if South Africa lost Burger, Matfield, Habana and DeVilliers. New Zealand lost Carter, McCaw, Hayman, Rocokoco. Fucks me off, it really does. I of course, know that injuries happen in rugby it's part of our game, but the amount of injuries that ONLY seem to be hitting England is getting ridiculous. So O'Driscoll's injury gets hyped up in the media yet he can still miraculously make the first game. Or Horgan gets to miss clashes with Georgia and Namibia. Ooooo big loss. Meanwhile England lose Wilkinson, Strettle and Ellis. Their three best backs, and the tournament hasn't even fucking started. Rant over.
  6. Ignored any information about the ipods and have just watched the keynote presentation in full in quicktime. Steve still spouts a hell of a lot of B$ but he gets the point accross and this was far better than that awful iMac iLife keynote not long ago where the products were crap and he just looked and sounded bored. Anyway, my thoughts... ipod shuffle: Awesome new colours, not sure whether I want a green or red one. Lovely lovely colours, though they could have at least upgraded to 2GB. ipod nano: very very nice looking, lovely stuff and the screen res should be pretty amazing. Black for me, the other colours apart from red aren't that great looking on it. only 5 hours of video though? Lame. Only 4 and 8gigs? Lame. ipod classic: fantastic move to add the 'classic' bit. Nice and beefed up capacity. Pretty good value for money. Pretty meh on the whole though. New OS looks cool though. ipod touch: VERY meh. Far too expensive, no where near enough storage. The menu is horribly unbalanced and not really that exciting at all really. And no god damn remote controled earphones!!!! Only good thing about it is it's very thin, but when you only pack 16GB what do you expect?? So yeah, hardly groundbreaking announcements but I'm reasonably satisfied and think Apple are on the money with their ipods. iPod touch is shite though. And price drop of iPhone... just how many people who already have one is THAT going to piss off! Annoyed that they're not ready for us tomorrow. Games on nano look great. I bet you wouldn't be saying that if you hadn't JUST got a last gen ipod Oh and finally, Takeo continues to make me smile.
  7. I would immortalise that in my sig but even I'm not that cruel. You should watch a game or two of the world cup, England's first game on sat'dee.
  8. You two should probably get a room before Ashley complains about this thread going off topic.
  9. Awwhhh but I was the 'bitch' of the relationship only a few days ago... sigh....
  10. Nah relationships are awesome, you just need to find a nice fella/girl who works for you.
  11. Ahh so I take it you've finally seen the light and realised the superior sport!! Good for you mate Seriously though, yeah it's one of my favourite comedy films! "nothin like a bit of girl on girl!"
  12. Now I'm all set for the weekend. A lot of fans don't seem to like it, saying they look like football shirts but I think they're alright!! Also got this hilarious movie:
  13. I thought that was a good thing though, a bit of variety, and personally I found the 'Test of Courage' genius. Brilliant idea. If you had to do it 20 times you couldn't have been very good. Took me about 3 or 4 times and I enjoyed the challenge. Ah I've never played that. It looks a bit dull to me though? ie. not much to do except fight the giant colussus...
  14. Ahhh it all makes sense now, cheers
  15. Actually I'm a little confused by that... if staff can't guess, how come there are staff members on the leaderboard? Including 2nd place? :S
  16. I disagree, the sense of scale and for lack of a better word 'epic-ness' present in a lot of the parts in the game was outstanding. The palaces, and shrines for instance, the lush and varied worlds, the voice acting etc... - Far better than most of what TP came up with. Surely it only takes about 1 minute to get back to the test room?
  17. Cricket I find boring to be honest, but got nothing else against it really. Tennis is cool though Yeah it is a bit dodgy but oh well. It won't help Wales or Scotland as they'll still get thumped by Australia or New Zealand lol so never mind. Not given up hope of England beating South africa just yet!
  18. Then I'm afraid he's very very deluded :awesome: Going to England v USA, England v South Africa and a quarter final! woooooo It's quite pathetic really about the fact that some games are in Wales and Scotland. It was basically a case of France giving both nations two of their games in each of their stadiums in exchange for votes when it came to bidding the host for the tournament.
  19. Shame the premiership final was so one sided! I'll be missing a few games here and there cause I'll actually be at a couple of the games!
  20. Alright I'll feck off then *sniff*
