I aint bought any deorderant for months. I used lynx sometimes, but just cos it's there, dont usually buy it cos of cheaper market alteratives etc Also, are we sure this kid weren't just a sniffer?

It's a fucking joke, especially given the amount of bunce the bastards are raking in. They try and say all this shit about not deserting the core, but it's just another lie upon which they seem to have based their company for the last few years.

Like blood pressure things? I always assume thats what blood pressure tablets would do. When I got stricken with the flu of man, I drank water. Lots and lots of water. Like, drink 1-2pints every hour. I did this from waking, every hour on the hour I had like 1.5pints of water, usually having just pissed(you'll be doing alot of that). Make sure you're eating too though, even if it's just a bag of crisps or so here and there to get some salts and nutrients into you so you don't get water toxicity(and die, LOL). It went on til like 4 in the morning for me, I had terrible fever, head/face pain, blocked nose etc. Though I managed to watch a cool russian film called Nightwatch due to it, when I finally slept then woke up the next day, all I really had was a bit of a runny nose and a slightly sore throat! I was over it all within about 2 days, was brilliant! Especially cos my mate had some man flu at the same time, his lasted a week!

Mate, still just make a record of everything with the police. I know it seems silly, insignificant, and probably pointless right now, but just go to your local and inform them about things, ask if it's worth having on record in case anything does happen in the future, and get it done. Next thing to do, which isn't going to be easy and won't happen overnight, is to let go. Let go and move on. Try not to dwell too much on this whole situation. You will for a while, and whilst this thread is here, but then you'll need to get on with life and not get stuck on this. You've dealt with all this immensely, and I'm so glad to hear you didn't do anything stupid. You are so lucky to have escaped this, it won't feel it and you won't realise it now, and it doesn't mean you need to regret what you had, but as I said before I think you've had a brilliant turn of fortune with all of this, in the sense that it could have been much worse, or this all could have happened after longer than 3 years. Anyways, we're all here for you, and if you ever fancy a chat then drop me a PM or something, I know talking can help sometimes.

Well, I must say, reading that review for ONM, it's not helped sell the game to me! Only thing that'll convince me is if enough people I know get/have it, it being cheap, and...if they'd actually bothered to make a game, rather than an enhanced remake/port. Consider that Nintendo pimped the Wii as being incredibly easy to code for given its similarity to the gamecube, it doesn't really seem like they've put any serious effort at all into this game, and that's why I don't feel inclined to get it. They could have done so much, and yet they've not?? This shoulda been a serious title for them, they coulda done so much, gotten both new and old gamers on board! Again, it seems, Nintendo are just leaving the old schoolers behind in the dust.

It'd be alot more awesome if me and my mates online could actually live the same town somehow. Imagine that! But alas no. Anyway, can anyone give me a good reason to buy this? Is it *really* anything more than the last two iterations reincarnated for a new platform, or does it bring enough new things to the table? Bear in mind, I didn't even buy MKWii cos I felt it didn't do anything new enough, has this done more than that??

I just wanted to echo this point. Assuming the worst and thinking this is far from over, you need this on record for if it's actually the case. Second, have you PROPERLY secured all your passwords? Passwords she'd never guess, a different one for each, and most importantly obvious recovery questions(change them anyway). It sounds, given that an offer was made to fix the passwords back, that it was either her doing, or it is still this other gentleman's doing. She might be crazy. More so, *HE* might be crazy, and want you totally out of the way, but to be honest I'm not gonna even begin to think along those lines cos it's such a slim possibility, and a dangerous one for you. You don't need this girl, regardless of everything, even if she had nothing to do with all of this(though she must have had some part, given the password knowledge), you don't need her and you of all people certainly deserve tons better than this man. Also, props to your handling of things, an excellent way to go about it, I hadn't even considered it but it seems to have totally done the job, I hope this is all done and blown over soon, just remember all the good you have in your life, as opposed to this one little bad thing. As bad as it is as well, I'll have to agree with the others in thinking that you have such a lucky escape from this, I'm glad it wasn't even worse for you. Anyhoo, I wish you all the best and I know things'll get better for you, just remember to keep your chin up!

I have little to base this on, but I'm pretty sure he won't stand too well with it legally. Unfortunately there are no internet police, and I don't imagine the police being all up to date with internet and technology related crime, the laws just aren't there or well known enough, and who's gonna bring it to justice? It's gonna require alot of investigation, and it's also easy to hide on the internets. Until money's involved, it's pretty much just gonna be nothing to them. I don't know why shit things like this happen to good people, pisses me off royally that there's shits in the world getting away with being such massive shits.

My advice would be contrary. People who fight fight because they think they're bigger and better than the other guy, but eventually you'll get your arse kicked by someone bigger and better than you who'll put you back in your place. You gotta try and keep cool, because whoever's playing you in all this(your ex, the guy) they're clearly no fool and you don't know what sort of agenda they're running. They're definitely not stupid, what if you turn up at his house with a load of mates, to find yourself nicked by the police cos he's reported YOU as threatening to do something to him? It wouldn't be true, but it'd be a mighty fine coincidence for the police, don't do anything stupid or illegal, unless you 100% sure you're gonna get away with it.

As far as being some uber leet haxxor goes, I'm pretty sure hotmail, gmail and facebook can't be too easily hacked beyond brute force, so I'm guessing it was done through recovery questions, or someone actually knowing your password(which is why you never tell anyone your passwords, even the people you intend to spend the rest of your lives with!). The stupidity of technology all being tied together is quite ridiculous though, I think if someone got into my hotmail, they could take over everything I know. As for the actual matter at hand, I agree that you should at least inform the police of the occurences, but most importantly the threat. Then, as someone said, if anything DOES happen they'll start to take things seriously, even if they don't at first. I'd say if you can, try and find out more/as much as you can about this guy, I'm assuming you know who he is by what he looks like or so? Find out from her, from facebook, from everywhere, just find out who he is and as much as you can about him. I don't recommend taking mates round to his house, you don't know what he's like, and you don't know what retribution there will be. You also don't know that this isn't just all her doing neither, it could be an innocent guy pinned with the blame for her own doings and actions. It's a thoroughly shit situation, but I hope it all works out cool for you .

I've seen the one about the westboro church/phelps family, and one about nazis(hilarious when they start wondering if he's jewish), and find them absolutely amazing telly. I seen others too, just nothing what sticks in mind. As good as his good bits are, I do find myself cringing a bit when I watch some pieces, which doesn't really lend me to him.

Man, I hate the first time things happen. Laaaaaaaame! I've done veyr little today, slept at 4am, got out of bed at 1/2ish, chatted to my mum for a bit then my aunt and uncle popped round, then chatted some more but I had to get ready to go to the party in camden, which is where I go shortly. It seems my mum related fears were somewhat accurate, but I decided I'm not gonna put my life on hold, as cold or selfish as it seems. Plus she told me not to, and you gotta listen to your mums people!

I'm pretty sure it's the case that the shop CAN offer it/sell it to you at the mislabelled price if they wish, or they can refuse to but in that circumstance all stock must be pulled for 24 hours or something, that's what I used to hear when I was working in Game.

Man, I came back from hatfield(went from kingston to there, to see my mate, and his band, and see them play, and see another band play, and get a lift back home with him ). I've basically sat in bed since 4pm(better than the rock hard floor i had to sleep on in kingston, though last night's sofa was quite all right). My house has been empty since then and my mum's been asleep cos she works nights now, so I've only seen her for like 5 minutes before she went to work, which makes like a grand total of 10 minutes since monday night/tuesday morning. I feel a bit bad, cos my dad and bro went Florida on monday and wednesday for an unfortunate funeral, so basically my mum's probs been bored being in the house alone with my sister after working nights, who's been a bit of a dick to her lately too. Now I've been invited to a party/seeing a friend I've not seen for quite a while tomorrow evening, and I'm debating whether to go or not really, plus I have work sunday afternoon. Decisions decisions...and mums! I don't know why, I feel like I'm taking some sort of liberty spending half my time out of this house, and the other half holed up in my room on tinternets...

Genius. As for me, procrastination is like my main occupation in life. It's amazing though, I can do amazing things whilst I'm procrastinating. I once, instead of doing my ICT excel project, created a badass spreadsheet to calculate my pay, which served me all through my old job. I once did a paintjob on a gamecube, turning it entirely gold, from which I learnt Gamecubes are a bitch to take apart. I did that this year instead of my dissertation. Last year instead of revising for exams as much as I should have, I learnt to solve rubik's cubes in less than 5 minutes. I could probably run a small nation, if I wasn't supposed to be doing that at the time. And at the moment? I've been meaning to apply for a job for like a month, but can't bring myself to actually write a proper up to date CV and a cover letter for it. I did some of the CV on monday night, but that's only cos I was at work and probably should have been doing something else. It's also taken me about 20 minutes to write this post.
