What ruins Halo for me is The Flood. I don't think i've ever seen a more annoying enemy, and when the music for them comes in, i just sigh rather than get scared.

Whenever i go in, I'm watched by the staff, and as soon as i look at something, they come over asking me if I'm OK. When they don't care. And add-on sales, they drive me up the wall. But most of all it's their ridiculous prices. Wii buyers didn't get any bundle savings at launch, trade-ins are awful and they charge a ton for second hand games. Gamestation on the other hand are friendly because they're nice people (not because they're trying to push products on to you) and the prices are great, as well as trade ins.

I got this on it's release week, and for some reason i just don't play it. There's nothing not to love, the graphics, sound and gameplay are amazing, yet i just don't seem to want to play it. I think i'm going to force myself to, because i'm sure i'll love it given enough time. Too many games to play...

Haha. Told. I started playing Halo again today (i start games when i'm bored, knowing i won't play them again), and i remembered just how good it was. Halo 2 was a bit odd though. it started great, and then went into this game that seemed to be the first one. I expected it to be on earth, not another Halo.

Haha, i don't think i've seen anyone more exited about a game ever! I'll see what they charge for it first, but i hope i get it.

If Ikaruga does appear on the arcade and if its cheap enough i may get it. Isn't it supposed to be rock solid though? I have a feeling it would make me cry, just by looking at screenshots.

After watching that, i feel really sick. Far too much 'cute'. Ugh. Plus, why do the dogs have such terrifyingly massive heads?

Yeah, some games use them well, but I'd still rather there was more game instead of the points.

I've found achievements to be pretty stupid to be honest. For the most part, scores only represent how many games you own rather than you skill as a gamer. I saw one for GH 2 which was 'refuse to give an encore'. Really achieved something there.

Haha. Good luck with it. I suppose that's an incentive for you 360 guys. I play on PS2, so no achievements for me! I post about it here because there seems to be more GH talk in here than the GH thread!! I can do every single song on GH 1 on expert, but some songs on 2 just confuse me. i can do 'Beast And The Harlot' on expert, but i can't do some songs before it and i know if i continue playing them, I'll place the guitar controller in my TV.

If they have, I'd like to give a prize. It's friggin' impossible.

The ending to Final Fantasys VIII, IX and X. They all make me feel like crying. But I don't because I'm good at holding it back.

Keep at it, i was exactly the same with the PS2 version. Eventually, it just clicks and you can do it, and it's really great when it does.

I own her first two albums (first is the best by miles), and when she released Girlfriend i was gutted. Not only does it sound stupid, but now she looks like every other slut on the music channels. No way I'm buying this.

Went to play PGR3 yesterday for the first time in ages, it didn't find a single game. How can no-one in the whole world be playing it?

If you liked that, you'll love this weeks one, it's actually funnier, and i loved the fighting beer one.

I've watched both, and the builders sketch is amazing, really clever. It's not always funny, but it's better than a lot of the stuff like little Britain, which is overrated crap.

I think the logo for Corruption looks a bit rubbish to be honest, looks almost cartoony and ruins the box. I loved 1 and 2, so naturally i can't wait for this, and i hope that the time spent on the game is for a great control system rather than some half-arsed multiplayer mode. Yes Metroid prime 2, I'm looking at you.

Just watched the Halo 3 trailer again. God i can't wait for that game. I could watch the trailer all day, the music in it is some of the best I've ever heard.

The Playstation was just a mess of a console (except FF), no way is it the best of the bunch. I'd put the N64 up there, or the PS2.

I got one ages ago they're fantastic, makes a really big difference. Especially to the boldness of red things on screen, it seems to boost red above all the others.
