Calling all Network people! in need of help
Oli1983uk replied to Oli1983uk's topic in General Chit Chat
As I say the Walls are pretty thick in this house as its pretty old. the Router/modem would be up in the office and placed out the way, and the other computer would be in the front room. Edit: Thinking about these 2 items: http://www.broadbandbuyer.co.uk/Shop/ShopDetail.asp?ProductID=2074 and http://www.broadbandbuyer.co.uk/Shop/ShopDetail.asp?ProductID=3607 I think this should cover the area fine for what I need it to do, what are your ideas? Also I would like it so when I go down there I can access the network on a laptop, with these new Wifi systems such as Mimo and G would I need to get different Wireless adapters for the laptop?
