Happenstance

I was at college when it happened. I noticed people were acting weird but none of my friends knew either so I only found out properly when I got home and turned on the tv.

I guess 1-1 is better than nothing but damn it I wanted another win!

Wonder if we'll get some over the top fatalities in the new one then. Somehow I hope they manage to incorporate a guy getting flattened by an arcade machine!

I dont know, I think everything seen in the trailer to me suggests the movie will actually be good. Granted trailers can be deceptive but im still hopeful.

Well if they are approaching Christopher Lambert then it'll hopefully be ok. The first MK movie wasnt even bad, enjoyable enough so I wouldnt mind seeing a return to MK movies.

I know there was years ago, didnt know anything was still planned though

Im not sure as I have only seen a bit of it, heres its IMDB link: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0142074/ The bit I saw had them freaked out during their thanksgiving meal, grabbing shotguns after seeing a flash of something pass the window. It also has pauses during the movie where "specialists" are interviewed. Oh yeah I know its fake, ive seen quite a few of the actors in other things, plus the aliens are in the credits lol. Glad other people seem to have seen it, posted this on two other forums and not one reply yet.

Or "Alien Abduction: Incident in Lake County" as its known in the US. Has anyone seen this? I just turned it on about a quarter of the way in but decided to watch it all the way through when its repeated later. Its done in Blair Witch style but obviously with Aliens instead, actually looked really creepy. Just wanted to see if anyone had seen it to get a verdict.

I really hope not, I just didnt remember us booing any other national anthems but its not something I pay a lot of attention to.

Please say I didnt just hear people booing when they announced the Israel national anthem.
