So how do you know there is going to be a Ripper mini series? The interview with Joss I read said that they hadnt decided if it would be a proper series, mini series or even tv movie yet.

For me I think its hard to compare Crouch and Rooney anyway. Crouch doesnt get nearly as many starts for Liverpool as he should so doesnt get the chances to put away goals. Personally I would rate Crouch higher in Internationals than Rooney going on what ive seen from both of them. The same as I cant stand Lampard in internationals, I dont think some players transfer well over to them.

Really enjoying the Liverpool match, we are moving the ball around really well and chasing loads. Only one complaint (apart from the obvious, stop missing the chances) will the croud please stop encouraging Sissoko to shoot! He cant do it!

Sissoko drives me insane, especially when he gets loads of praise off everyone. Like you say hes a good tackler but watching him do anything else is liking watching a kid playing football.

Im still not very hopeful for this. I will of course go and see it at the cinema but a prequel wasnt necessary and im very doubtful that anyone can fill Shatners shoes.
