Got myself another wrestling game for the PS1 Collection. Never played WCW Mayhem but I’ve been watching a load of old WCW PPVs lately so I felt like I needed one. Obviously I’ll get the N64 ones eventually as they’re the best ones but this will do for now.

Just bought a ticket for my first ever wrestling event. Going to Milton Keynes in June to watch New Japan Pro Wrestling and cant wait! I did try and convince @Goafer to go with me but no luck there lol

I didnt end up getting my copy early but it has at least been dispatched today so should be playing it tomorrow!

I do wish they'd start releasing them on other consoles/PC as well

Yeah I found it hard when I tested it the other week. Dont forget to get VF Remix, the version of 1 they gave to people to free because normal 1 was so bad!

Still carrying on with my WCW history lessons. Going slowly but I’m currently watching Halloween Havoc 96. Also considering paying so I can watch New Japan properly. Everything over there sounds amazing and I don’t see enough of it.

Shenmue used tank controls so I'm assuming the movement is a lot more fluid and you'll be able to look around easier.

I've been bidding on a few N64s on ebay this weekend. I'm mostly just looking for a good deal so not winning any but as I've said before, it'd be nice to get my wrestling machine back!

I tend to have more trouble with wider controllers/handhelds. Things like the Wii U tablet and the Vita always left my hands cramped.

Interesting that they are doing all this stuff as well as the new Mega Drive mini. One of the theories for the lack of VC on Nintendo's end that we keep seeing thrown around is that they dont want to cut into the sales of the mini consoles. Could be complete bullshit of course but its just interesting to see Sega trying it both ways.

I’ve held off properly replaying these for so long. Looks like I’ll finally be able to do it now. Wouldn’t be surprised if I end up buying both the PC and PS4 versions.

I guess the other thing I can think of is the rumoured Persona 3 remake after designs for the living room set were found in Persona 5.

That's the opposite of what they tell you to do. They say to come near the end of the day, towards the end of the week. I read a good explanation a few months ago from someone who worked there explaining when is the best time to go. I'll try and find it when I get home.

CEX finally had cash this time so no big retro splurges for me this time! Probably for the best.

Yeah I'm basically the same. I had the premium edition preordered but I cancelled it a few months ago and just got the regular version.
