It has been discussed Dyson, probably beginning of next week I assumed. You can't be off it one second and impatient the next, be a good lil boy and wait like the rest of us!

I'm going to apply to do criminology next year, should I not? My sister does it as a degree, so I thought she'd be able to help/ it must be quite interesting to do a whole separate degree.

Today I got told I'm through to the final round of Ernst and Young. So I may have two offers for a summer internship! I may actually have a choice Oh..and I also just burnt my tongue. Its got that horrible taste now, my inability to use words creatively and coherently have left me unable to describe in a comprehensive manner the taste, but hopefully fellow burnt tongue people should understand.

See, they were really interesting cases even on such a grim and dark subject. Alas, I no longer do that! Currently have- Equity and Trusts (eurgh), Land Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law and EU law, and Writing Skills which is a single essay through independent research.

We used Smith for causation as well, in fact mainly for causation rather than murder. I believe my law teach decided to let us act out where the doctor pressed on his stab wound and made the bleeding worse :p All those other cases you mentioned classic. What was the one with the lady who walked all the way to a petrol station and then back, set alight to the husband and said it was provocation (sudden and temporary loss of self control my ass :p) and got diminished responsibility...Ahluwalia?

Well done as well fellow lawyer! :p I always enjoy a bit of murder and causation, rather fun cases involved despite. I don't mean murder is fun literally, I'm sure you understand. The 'R v White causation case was one of the first I was ever taught! Who are the barristers you are shadowing? That's a great achievement!

Explicit language for those that care. I know Gary Oak doesn't.

Well played DuD. I'll play my normal team next time. Hoping to beat you and give my players with lowish form a boost, but it did the opposite effect! Looks like I might be fighting off relegation for real this season =[

At first I thought Dyson was moaning about something insignificant. BUT, I just realised. He's worried about being an accomplice to any possible future butcher bombings. Dump her before its too late mi amigo!!

What EU Human Rights Treaty. There is no such thing. If you are referring to the ECHR treaty that we joined prior during the 1950's, which is what the HRA 1998 subsequently goes on, then you sir, are unfortunately mistaken Only human right idea that has only just come into effect is the effects of the Lisbon Treaty. The effects of which we have not been able to experience so I don't believe that you are judging the human rights part on that? As far as I'm concerned, leaving the EU is a massive mistake.

.... I know, thus why I said you were away for the day or so. Looked like Bendtner was crap whenever he got the ball, except for the goal which was admittedly done well from him after a poor last touch from Walcott. Forgot to add, great strike from Robben. Felt a bit sad for Man U really. Not sure if that challenge from Da Silva was really a need for a second yellow. Riberry was a more than a bit of a dick about it especially since he had a go at Da Silva back. Anyone see Vidic pop that guy in his balls? Thought that was so sly and funny, especially watching the guy fly up in the air instantly.

Happy Birthday Dante! -
Half the Arsenal team were under performing tonight. Bendtner was shocking, Rosicky was wasteful. Walcott was flapping about doing nothing as always. Clichy was Clichy. I know the injury list is bigger than Walcott's IQ but still everyone seems to be affected by that at the moment, and it just didn't work out for Arsenal in the end. Messi just managed to do something out of nothing a lot of the time and it wasn't really Arsenal's fault. As for their cynical diving. It ruined that match to an extent, the referee was appalling buy constantly buying into it. I must say, my love for Nasri just keeps growing. For the majority of the time, he moves the ball around so well and has some good ideas. He'll be brilliant in time. Also, just to round this random post off, I don't feel confident about Man U tomorrow, but hopefully we can keep 1 English side in the Champion's League!

Thank God Ramar is away for a day or so whatever the result :p I can't believe I'm saying this but...come on ARSEnal! Make it a good game, or try to at least. Inter Milan apparently dominated CSKA Moscow. Whilst I can't say I'm surprised. I'm now considering them as perhaps a strong contender for the title now seeing as how consistent they seem to be.

Why does that voteforpolocies website not work for me! Dammit. Can someone tell me what Lib Dems would actually do if they got to power, because I sure as hell struggle to find that out.

You've got N-E for your Kneee problems Sorry that was poor. Besides, I always read about everything great you're achieving! Don't stop now! Keep going and plough through! What can't you train for incidentally? As for me, panic has set in. Tomorrow I have an interview for a company I really want my internship with, so erm yeah, wish me luck peeps and hopefully I can do N-E proud!

As much as I enjoyed watching soul eater. It was nothing compared to reading soul eater. Just like the animation group did for FMA, it cut the episodes to 51 so they had to change the ending. Soul eater is still continuing in manga form, and it is getting better and better. I read all up to date for a manga called Psyren this weekend. A great shonen manga. None of the typical, 'find it within myself' awesome new powerup to use. Its all about having the power, but finding the brains to use it effectively, and the characters are really good. Similar to Bleach in drawing style, as some critics have said, but this is why I like it! Recommended!

Hmm I thought I had read somewhere that it was bad for the environment because it took up more space or something... I can't say with certainty so I may just be fabricating the idea up. Its not really an area that I can say I have much interest in personally so excuse me if I look I'm talking absolute nonsense.

And to be fair, making GM food is actually more harmful to the environment as it needs more space apparently, so I'm not surprised they don't condone that.

I actually rather enjoyed the quote: "With no power, comes no responsibility." :p Rather clever really. I rather enjoyed reading that article. But as said before, can't be from the Daily Telegraph! I actually rather enjoy that paper and it wouldn't be so abrasive as that in a film review that just hopes people will jump on the hating bandwagon they are creating.
