What they don't tell you on the duties list is that you may also be required to "take care" of certain people should Reggie "see fit" that they are going to be "a threat" to the company. The method you use and way of "disposal" will be up to you, Reggie likes it when you are as creative as possible while making sure no signs point in his direction

its always like that in zelda. rarely bothered me as i wouldn't stop halfway through a temple. and if for some reason i had to it still did bother since all puzzles completed stay completed it never takes that long to get bck to where you were. and i never used Ooccoo, i didn't know she teleports you back to where you were, i just thought she teleports you out if you wanna leave and that it. i guess its like faroes wind from ocarina so

The only thing that would stop me from getting a black Wii is that you can't move your VC downloads over and such (hence why i got the skin). But i've only got two Wiimotes and Nunchucks, want foru but am waiting for those new colours, black especially

Wohoo great event, definately worth my 22euro. The Hardyz vs MNM was a good match. The ECW Title match was a little disapointing though, not "extreme" at all, and ending on a countout? WTF? World Heavyweight Title Match was viewing indeed, though obvious Batista would win, but Mr. Kennedy put on a damn good fight and will get his chance again no doubt. WWE Title was awesome, i actually expected Umaga to win, though i wanted Cena to retain. The steel step shots, the failed FU leading to Cena's head getting crushed on the steel steps (i thought it was over there), the suicide table dive, the ropes getting undone, and Cena having to choke out Umaga. Brilliant. The Rumble was (as expected) FANTASTIC, i was hoping for Taker to win, and as the entrants kept coming i was like, "where's Taker", all the while remember that #30 has never won the Rumble. And when he came at 30 i was like, "crap". Then it comes to the final 4, Taker, Edge, Orton, HBK, and i just couldn't see them giving it to Edge or Orton. And was thinking with HHH out and DX effectivly no more maybe they will give it to HBK so he has something to do without HHH. But essentially in the weeks leading to the Rumble it was Taker who was getting built up the most. And it's FINALLY about time he won the Rumble. Undertaker vs Batista at Wrestlemania 23 will be a great match, and will most likely have tons of hype behind it. Add to that Takers unbeaten streak at Mania (which i cannot see them taking from him, cause he so damned deserves to keep that for his whole career) and the fact the Rumble winner very very rarely loses at Mania, all signs point to Taker AT LAST getting his 5th Title run. (can anyone tell i'm a Taker fan?)

i never even considered regretting my Wii. I play its everyday, even if i don't have much time i always make sure i take at least 10mins to do the Wii Fitness test on Wii Sports. I'm in the middle of playing both Zelda and red Steel for my second runs on each and Wario is just so damned wacky its great. And every now and then i'll pop in Wii Play for some shooting or Pool

Ok i can see where your getting Link from, but what says it's young Link? If you're going on the design on the sheild, it could be a poor drawing of the "phoenix/triforce" symbol on the Hyrlian Shield. And also i can't make out Ganon in that second figure:heh:

nope not a hope, unfortunately. Though with a bit of luck they might correct this with a future update, fingers crossed

Deadly, anyone d/l Mario Kart 64 yet? How many blocks does it take up? I only got 700 points left, looks like i'll have to dig into my wallet tomorrow so. I wish Nintendo would get a move on with allowing us to trade those useless Stars on the NoE site for Points. Just looking at the "details" for Mario Kart 64 on the Shop Channel, you won't be able to save "ghost data" on it due to "technical" reasons. How could they have "technical" reasons, surely couldn't they just make a ghost file appear as a new save file on the Wii's memory? -
I like to think that Ganondorf didn't actually "die", afterall look at the endings to both OOT and WW, both times stabbed in the head, yet not really dead. I like to think of it more like him being weakened enough to the point he can be sealed away once again, although only in OOT do you actually see him being sealed. And i think he still has the triforce of power, again it just faded from being weakened, if he lost it it should have physically appeared. Then again this is just how i like to think of Ganondorfs misfortunes, the ultimate shape of evil, doomed to be jumping between realms, always getting within fingers reach but always to be knocked down by a youth in green, only thing that keeps him alive is the power of his triforce piece and his ever growing anger, haterd and thurst for universal domination.

Well different colours were always expected, in fact it's the only reason i've still only got the two Wiimotes, once new colours come out i'll be getting the kick ass black, plus another colour so i can tell em apart

hey guys i need some help, where's a good online store that sells mp3 players? There's a Samsung one that i want, i tried to buy it on amazon.co.uk because it works out WAY cheaper than to buy it here, BUT when i went to the check-out it said that they don't deliver that product to Ireland. Any other good sites that anyone might know of

Some info please I'm thinking of getting Street Figher 2, but only have one classic controller and want some good two player fun. Can someone just confirm for me that i can use a Gamecube controller for player 2? Also roughly how many of the Wii's memory blocks do N64 games take up? Before release i was of the mind, "sure 512mb should be loads", well it's loads for Wii Game saves, but looking at how much space my one NES and one SNES game have taken up, i'm a little worried when some I want to d/l an N64 one. Meh, guess i'll have to invest in an SD card just for my Wii -
oh, now that is another interesting train of thought indeed

I just read it (you posted it while i was still typing my last reply), was a good read, but i found it to be more a theory on why there is no Gerudo in TP than a "timeline theory", but that is cool, cause i was wondering about the lack of Gerudo, and never thought of the possiblity that the Twili might be them. I don't know if you meant to use that as a way of saying there is only one timeline or something to help my theory... but thanks. According to the way i see it, "past" Ganon did get his hands on the Triforce but at the same time sealed in the sacred realm when "future" Ganon was sealed thanks to a manipulation of Time by the Goddesses. But since in the "original timeline" he didn't get out with the Triforce no body knew he had it, including the future "sages" which is why the sages in TP were caught unaware.: peace: Oh and before WW came out, Nintendo did make a point to say that WW takes place after the "adult" ending to Ocarina of Time, which pretty shows their intention to divid the timeline. Which in turn gives them more freedom in future games. EG: If they come up with a story that interfers with the mythology of the "orginal" timeline, it's ok because they have this new "empty" alternate timeline to use. And actually just remembered another thing, any game to take place after WW, technically can not take place in a land called "Hyrule". At the end of WW when Link and Zelda/Tetra go to search for "new land" people expect them to call it "Hyrule" again. But the King had pretty much told them not to call it "Hyrule", he said at the end "this land will not be Hyrule, it will be your land", pretty much saying, give it a different name. (yes i know, i think about games WAY too much)

The double timeline isn't because "the stories don't fit", and in fact two timelines make more sense. Exhibit A: Ending sequence of OOT, this shows that the timeline of "the future" continues on after Link returns to the past. The main scene showing this being the party at the ranch, this shows the "future" people celebrating the defeat of Ganondorf and return of peace. While mean while in the past Young Link goes to see Zelda once more. There's no celebration as such in the "past" since Ganondorf never took it over due to his being sealed and the dividing of the timelines. Although since he did get into the Chamber of Time, this means his minions did lay seige to Hyrule castle (more on that in a minute) Exhibits B: The intro backstories to both ALttP and WW. Both these games use OOT as their backstory, so if they both took place in one timeline, one would have to take place after the other meaning that game should have the other in it's backstory aswell as OOT. But both only reference OOT (heavily). If you look at both the intros they obviously tell the same story but with some tiny (but major differences). In the Wind Waker backstory it mentions "the hero clad in green" where as in the ALttP intro is says "Hyrule Knights". This makes sense for the double timeline theory as the Hyrule that OOT Link actually saved and became a Hero in was in the "future" so when that timeline continued, it was the story of the Hero in Green that was passed down among the people who witnessed him. Meanwhile, in the past all that happened was, Ganondorf attacked Hyrule Castle, entered the Chamber of Time and then vanished, Zelda needed a way to explain what happened to the people but they would never believe that little Young Link traveled through time and saved them from the future. The answer to this, say the Knights of the Castle defeated Ganondorf in his attack. Thinking like this gives plausable reasoning for that major difference in the intro backstories to ALttP and WW

Ok this will be my two cents on the timeline disscussion. "Original Timeline" Ocarina of Time - 1st Link, 1st Zelda Majoras Mask - 1st Link, 1st Zelda A Link to the Past - 2nd Link, 2nd Zelda Legend of Zelda - 3rd Link, 3rd Zelda Adventures of Link - 3rd Link, 4th Zelda (either 1st Zelda or a Zelda that pre-dates first Zelda) "Alternate Timeline" Ocarina of Time - 1st Link, 1st Zelda Wind Waker - 2nd Link, 2nd Zelda (note: There is only ONE Ganondorf, from having gained the Power of the Triforce of Power he's gained imortality, this is why when Link beats him, he's not really "Killed" but "sealed" away again. And you can say that the sacred realm that he keeps getting sealed in is conected to both timelines so when he gets out he can go to one or the other depending on circumstances in each timeline) -------------------------------------------------- Now Twilight Princess can go almost anywhere in the "orginal timeline", but NOT in the alternate, some people seemed to think before it came out it would tell the story of how Hyrule was flooded before WW, obviously after playing TP, it doesn't, though if you look at the intro backstory to WW it clearly states that in the events leading to the great flood the people waited for a "hero in green" but he never came (although there were some early points in TP when i thought Nintendo might have found a way around that), therfore there can never be a Zelda game telling that story (especially since it would be destined to end in Links failure). Anyway seeing as TP references Ocarina of Time a bit it can be placed between Majoras Mask and ALttP and features a 4th Link and 5th Zelda. Though this leads to the problem of ALttP having Ocarina of Time as it's main backstory, kinda hard to put TP there as you would then think ALttP would reference TP also in it's backstory (i know it was made before TP, but same is true of OOT). So it's probably best it goes between ALttP and LoZ, since the "past hero" references are very vague in TP, it can be either 1st or 2nd Link or even both. As for Ganondorf, (this might get complicated) When at the end of OOT when Ganondorf was sealed in the "future" the goddess made this seal transcend time, and also the chamber of time where the Triforce was sealed, where Ganondorf found it after Link "let him in", exsists outside of time. So one can argue that when "Future" Ganon was being sealed, "Past" Ganon was just entering Chamber of Time and Touching the Triforce, therfore both get sealed. .... actually now that i think about that, it is possible that this created two Ganondorfs, which is contradictory to what i said previously, but i only just noticed, and he doesn't have access to both timelines but "future" Ganon and "past" Ganon are traped in sacred realms in their respective timelines, but either way their still the "same" Ganondorf technically, and therefore only one Ganondorf. So Ganondorf always had the Triforce of Power, even before the "sages" in TP stabed him. Why they didn't know however is another question, one could say that even though they were "choosen" by the Goddesses, that doesn't mean they speak to them, afterall Link was "choosen" by them too but i've never seen the Goddesses come down and talk to him. So since Ganondorf still has the Triforce of Power, that obviously means the "Complete Triforce" is "broken" so the other two pieces need to be somewhere. Each consecutive Zelda always has the Triforce of Wisdom since 1st Zelda had it, it's best to imagine it gets passed along the "bloodline". Same can be said for the Triforce of Courage, if one can accept that each Link in the "orginal timeline" is a blood decendent of 1st Link, while this isn't clearly hinted at in TP, it is most clearly hinted at in ALttP. Now as for WW, obviously WW Link didn't have the Triforce of Courage from the start, my thinking in this, is when in OOT "Adult" Link returned to the "past" and "closed the door between times" this would have left the "alternate" timeline without both a bloodline for Link and Triforce of Courage. So in the same way both "future" and "past" Ganon got sealed this process also created a Triforce of Courage for the "alternate" timeline and since there was no Link for it to pass to it got broken into pieces and hidden across Hyrule. While OOT Link took the one he had back to the past WW Link, i like to think is a "reincarnation" of the OOT Link, like say he came to his natural passing away (lets say old age), and after the events that lead to the "great flood" where there was no "hero" to come to the aid of Hyrule, the goddesses saw fit to "reincarnate" OOT Link into the "alternate" timeline, thereby giving it a hero and future hero's bloodline for the Triforce of Courage to pass onto. OK did I miss anything.... or cause anyone a massive headache?

RIP Bam Bam. now, not meaning to be dispreastful or anything to the memory of Bam Bam, but i gotta ask this. Does anyone know what is up with Smackdown lately that they are showing "repeats" of one match from months ago each week?

I'm a big fan of Bowling For Soup, love their songs, "Belgium" is definately one of my favourites, prolly because i'm in very much a simialr situation that the song is about, so very meaningful to me. I saw them live in Dublin about 3 years ago i think it was, great show, great night

I saw their plain black, but didn't like it, didn't seem to give a proper effect of a black Wii that Nintendo showed, plus like i said in the video, I think the design and colours work really well (IMO) especially when the blue light is on. And it's not hidden in a shelf, the doors are only closed when the house is empty, if i'm in the room the doors are open, weather or not i'm using the Wii/DVD player, it's right under the TV so it's kinda hard to miss. And oddly i thought i pronouced the "de" part work Knowing my luck some paint would leak into the console and damage it, and one would think that that would void the warranty... and i only like the kind of apple i can eat  I have played for at most 4 hours in a row one day since the skin was put on, zero effect/damage to it, it's a quality skin, one would think they'd factor in long play time and console heating... i don't think the Wii heats up that much anyway

I am actually liking the Ori, so i like the sound of both films. I'm just wondering is there's a possibility Richard Dean Anderson might appear in one (or both) flims, if anyone can defeat the Ori it is O'Neil Oh and just wondering, Stargate Atlantis has that been cancelled too by Sci-Fi? I still can't believe they did that to SG-1, i'd like to slap the people who made that decision
-
to void the warranty you'd actually have to open it up, putting sticker on it would have no effect, plus it can be easily taken off, leaving no residue or trace : peace:

Happy Birthday Fierce Now what's this that's not meant to be told to me? And why is Ash boasting about his manhood again. (ok i just read that, it sounds like i've seen Ash's manhood, just to clarify, i have not, but i have seen his ego ) Anyway, have a great day Fierce

as much as I am still pissed off to no end that their using "new" models of the transformers, at least they could have used the original model for Optimus (well i guess it's good that they did get his orginal voice actor on board at least). I have to admit, that trailer made me drool like a river, i can't wait, i just hope to god they do a bit of extra fanservice and give us a great battle scene with "The Touch" playing as background music.

no doesn't make it slippy at all. as for the lenght of the vid, well in the talking parts i do tend to ramble, it's in my nature, and speeded up part is alrady at like 5 times normal speed, plus i wanted to get some music into it And to everyone who doesn't like the skin, too each their own, me, as much as i love my Wii, white is not my favorite colour, it's just too plain and boring and "friendly", i like to be different :awesome:
