VoG and Crota's End, we kept the same raid team until we beat it. I don't get why this is different.

I appreciate that Map. I feel like I've now soured this whole thing, I don't really want to take anyone's place. I think we should keep the team we started with together until we actually complete the raid for the first time; we started together so I only think it's fair we all finish together. It's what we'd try and do any other week, isn't it? What does @DriftKaiser think? He took two weeks off for this game, didn't he? I'd like to know what he thinks since he was also involved. This isn't like any other week, this is running the raid blind. Maybe I'm overreacting, I just got blindsided by this whole thing.

Skeikah wasn't the right light level and instead of have the courtesy of letting Rez step in or Dan Dare – who were both on chat at the time – we let him keep his place. I messaged Dan myself trying to get the second raid going. And how often do raids get organised for the next week before this week is over? How was I meant to know that we'd given up on this week and we were already thinking about next week? We could have carried on tonight. No, it's bullshit. You, me and Blade try and sort out the raid more often than most on here and I (I think Blade too) have felt frozen out multiple times. I put in the time, took a day off work, to be raiding from week one. This is bullshit.

I know this is the longest of shots but since I went to the trouble of at least attempting to get everyone in on the raid last week and the same courtesy hasn't been extended this time, is there anyone interested in doing the raid this week who isn't already attached to one? I'm going try and get some people I went to the Lighthouse with that I occasionally play with (don't know how likely that is but it's worth a shot) – who are much better players than I will ever hope to be – just to make life a little easier but otherwise, if you meet the requirements (minimum 280 light level, snipers and machine guns are recommended) then let me know. I'm not organising this raid, I'm heading to LFG and asking if anyone wants to come with. I'm free any night except Wednesday and I'm around on the weekend. @Blade Let me know f you want to do some strikes, too.

The raid has been confirmed as light level 280. I'm currently sitting at 251 with the whole of today to play. Hopefully I'll hit the target.

I didn't realise it was meant for late 2014. Yeah, that is disappointing.

I don't really feel that different now. I think partially because I was never a particularly immature child. Immaturity is something I learned to do, I'm much better at it now. I do a job that I had intended to do whether I consciously realised it or not (my current role isn't perfect but it's pretty great and I plan to upgrade down the line and I'm at a great place to 'further my career' [Vomit]). I wrote the first draft of a book, which was always a dream but I actually did it (I'm now at the stage of 'Now what?' because I never thought about what I would do at this stage – it could ultimately come to nothing but I wrote it for myself so the most important bit is done). I don't own property because fuck London, but I should be left enough to get a place (or even be left a house maybe) so that's just a matter of time, I guess. If I could change one thing it'd be to imbue myself with all the gym knowledge I currently have and start gyming when I was in my teens. As for free time, I never really had any. I was always busy doing something. In fact I say I have as much now as I use to except the school holidays don't exist for me any more. Although, like Shorty, in the evening I usually feel exhausted. And sometimes that carries over to the weekend. The worst thing about being an adult is often other adults. I find some just incredibly boring, having kids is a death sentence for being interesting; I'm utterly selfish, I never want children and I don't want to know yours exist. People who moan annoy me, too. God, moaning. Jesus, STFU. Occasionally, yeah, go for it. But if you're moaning more than a couple times a month and for reasons not to do with coitus, YOU ARE A MOANER. I avoid the moaners of the world, they are white noise to me. So, in conclusion, being an adult is pretty much what I expected except other adults are often disappointing. There are some gems out there, though.

I find it absolutely fucking absurd the Premier League, the most popular league in the world, doesn't show a single fucking match on terrestrial TV in the country it is based in. I stopped following football because it's just so hard to actually watch a match. Highlights aren't good enough for an interest you are meant to feel passionate about. I actually avoid thinking about it because it makes me so angry. As for the Champions League...it was only a matter of time. Fuck that.

My remedial Walrock. 236 light, I mean. Still getting used to everything new. I'm so confused. I found the door, too. I got a 'Skyburners Command Beacon' as a random drop from a Cabal. The flavour text reads, 'Could be useful for setting up an ambush for the Cabal incursion.' So it's not the key – my mistake – but I assume it'll get me the key...somehow. ...But I have no idea how to use it and don't really want to look it up because I want to try and figure it out myself. ...But I may crack...stupid free-flow of information on the internet...

Hit 132 light yesterday, my RNG luck hasn't been great. Been torn between rushing to level up and just taking my time, too. It's all very exciting. BUT! I'm off work tomorrow so I'm going to dive in with all the Strikes and such then. Pretty much mirror eveyone's sentiments. My god, the missions are awesome. Tightly scripted and they switch up the gameplay.

It's just a rumour – although it sounds about right – and you have to be within 40 light levels of it. So it would be a minimum of lvl 240. Guess we'll find out, but I recommend everyone aim for 240 as their minimum. Weapons are weighted over armour slightly. Raid Team Solar's raid time is currently undecided and will have to be settled on between you guys doing it. I suspect with @Blade picking up the game on Friday that running the raid Saturday night might be more realistic. But again, it's something you guys are going to have to discuss. And if anyone from Arc doesn't think they can make it or can't reach the light level, we might be able to swap some people around and give people more time if they need it.
