The difference in AI between Normal and Heroic are way more pronounced that with Legendary, if there even are any. Legendary just feels like the AI of Heroic, except everything has incredible aim and you do less damage (though it could just feel like that because i'm shooting less due to being hit more).

If you aren't playing Halo on Heroic difficulty, you aren't playing Halo.

I have 20. Can't imagine it would take too long to grab another 10. Although I think the last perk is the triple kill one, which wouldn't really matter for Oryx...I think. I might be wrong, just going of bits and bobs of info. The only reason I've got 20 Hadium flakes is because I heard you say it when you finally got it.

Every time you infuse an exotic it takes a shard, though (which is ridiculous if you ask me). I've infused my Impossible Machines, Red Death, Monte Carlo and Telsto multiple times. That shit is not cheap to do.

On a side note, just want to say thanks to @Deathjam @Zell and @Shorty for helping with the Black Spindle last night. Was absolutely manic. And also, thanks to @Map and @DriftKaiser for helping me do the Sunless Cell strike and getting me my Exotic Solar Sword. It's absolutely lethal. I love it. Think the next quest I'm going to embark on is for the Touch of Malice. I've just gotten the black garden mission. Might be able to get it by the Raid on Saturday, too. Although I don't know how much else is involved. I have 30 Calcified Fragments and I've just had a look and there are 12 that I haven't gotten that are available in Patrol, the 3 Tier 2 CFs from CoO and one in a mission.

I don't think I'll be able to make Sunday. Saturday is good, though. Or even tonight, but I think Rez said he was busy. Edit: Yeah, Saturday in the evening to be more specific.

I don't think I'll be on until 8 in any case, tbh. But I'm not too bothered about missing out on the 310 (I mean, it would be awesome but I'm definitely not going to make it back before the patch so I'm resigned to not getting it). Got my 310 Zhalo by my side to comfort me at least.

And thirdly, just some general advice for anyone doing the Gaze on Golgoroth, Red Death is your best friend in the whole world. It was a pretty good gun before 2.0 but fucking hell, with the Pulse Rifle buff and still only at 285 damage it was absolutely wrecking.

Someone posted a link to all the big changes. There's no reason to really ask what's in the patch at all. Would be like me asking if they finally added support for external storage. Click the link, get your answer, then have a moan. Still not sure why you need folders, how many games could you possibly be playing at one time. Or why you need to delete things permanently from your library. My only complaint was the Plus storage. Glad they finally upped it. Was getting ridiculous.

They Year One mission structure is ass. They only start becoming something worth playing from the DLC onward. And playing solo is how to make this game not fun.

What a night, got the raid sniper which feels pretty nifty. Got the Warlock bond, too. I also didn't earn my brand new Zhalo Supercell, 310 damage to boot. Nor did I just earn a 310 Thunderlord from a purple engram I just decrypted. Yes, excellent night. Srsly, it was a lot of fun. Glad I didn't fuck up my part at Golgoroth.

Heads up for the raid, 3 of Coins work on a few of the bosses since they're Ultras.

Yesterday I hit 301, so hopefully that'll make the raid a little easier (Although I'm 299 with my preferred load out). In two rounds of Court of Oryx I got four Legendary artifacts, including a lute. A lute drop. Ha! I thought you'd be much higher with that loadout. What levels are your Ghost and Artifact?

Already did that step. Took an hour for the materials (I was messaging @DriftKaiser as I did it, got five within 15 minutes and then the next five took 45 – and I ran a VIP patrol mission while doing it) on the moon and then about five strikes to finish off the solar kills. Wasn't that bad at all. Radiance, HotPF, Viking Funeral and Monte Carlo; it's easy when you know how to synergise. So it took about two hours in total. Was actually super easy. The moon just isn't very interesting, though. Hence me doing a patrol mission in the middle of it.
