The lyrics promote self harm and its a dreary horrible song, sorry deities. I know the song is awesomely popular and fair play to her, as long as I don't have to listen to it. I don't like the idea of impressionable teenage girls listening to lyrics like 'you cut me open at night'. I don't mean to be sensitive, it just seems pointless when you consider she could have sang any other words and still made a bomb. I'm sure she is very talented, and it might be a good song to those who like that sort of thing, but I just can't stand it.
