I was just wondering if any of you guys could help me out. My brothers computer has been a bit dodgey recently whilst trying to play CS : Source. We recently did the cheapest thing and added another 512Mb of RAM, to boost it up to a gig. After not making much of a difference this makes me believe its the old graphics card. The computer is around 3 years old, and the GFX card is about 5 years old and slots into an AGP slot, so were limited to possible upgrades. My main question is should my brother get a new graphics card? Or just update his computer altogether? His current rig is... I took a huge risk over a year ago and switched from XP to OS X. I didn't know alot about Mac's, and got my self an ibook. I got frusrated with PC's and windows, constantly crashing, constantly scanning for Spyware, it really was quite stressful at least for me anyway. I repect people who use XP/Vista, its their choice and perhaps is better suited for them. Personally I use OS X because I find I have increased work flow, whilst video editing, photoshoping, etc. Final Cut Studio, Shake, Appature, are all exculsive to OS X and there regarded as industry standard. These programs are a life saver and integrate together perfectly and this is the main reason why I stand at the Mac camp. Now if i did want to play games, and perhaps only used my computer for surfing the internet and listening to music then I might consider a PC. But as it stand Im happy with my current setup becuase it suits me perfectly, and im sure which ever camp you stand at its the only you feel happy with.

I find myself using it alot, just not for long periods of time. It's my only complaint with the game, that and the fact theres so much text!! ________ KIKIKO

by bland I mean the 2D GFX look so nice and fill the screen so well, yet when you turn into 3D it doesn't look as good as the 2D perspective looks IMHO ________ lesbians Cam

I've just got the game, and i've got to say the 2D / 3D interchange is amazing. Nintendo have certainly made it work, although 3D mode looks a bit bland and the time limit is a bit harsh for the 3D world. I guess its just to make the player mainly play in 2D and figure everything out by switching to 3D. ________ PHIL HILL

Ok, so i've just got in and i thought i'll have some zelda time, I turned the Wii on and and got ready to play. The annoying health and safety page came up, so i grabbed my Wiimote and pressed A to turn it on... and the four blue lights at the bottom flashed up and stopped flashing unable to connect to the wii, hmm so i took the back panel off and saw the lil red snyc button, gave that a push and no luck. So I grabbed my spare Wiimote and tried the exact same things with that... no luck. I've turn the wii off and on again and still, no luck... The batteries in the remotes are fine, do this sound like my wii has died on me? Do I ring Nintendo up and sent it back to them? or take it back to store? Has anyone else had any problem like this and know how to sort it. ________ Iolite case

I can only see the Antec case. My house mate is just in the process of building a Media Center PC and he has gone for the Antec. The Build quality is excellent, and it is alot bigger than i thought it would be and is hella expensive. Personally I couldn't justify spending that much on a case and would rather spend the money, getting better parts. If you go for it, i dont think you will regret it! ________ Canary Islands Recipes
