I think regardless of sales Ubisoft are gone. These batch of games are their swan song on the current platforms before switching over to PS4/XBOX1. Yes Rayman sold better on Wii U in week 1 but quickly disappeared from the charts. The 360 version charted for longer in the top 40 and I'd say has sold more. Rayman Legends and Sonic Racing Transformed are the only 2 games I can think of off the top of my head that were released at the same time as the other versions and were the better than the others. Everything else has been botched in some way or other.

Maybe you accept gimped 3rd party games but I don't and nearly every game is botched in one way or another and Batman: Arkham Origins is no exception. Where's the online multiplayer? Yet they'll expect us to pay the same as the other versions. Then there's the staggered release of the DLC season pass which costs £16 that should be included on the disc. F off Warner Bros.!

I think it needs a further €50 price drop for things to get motoring if it's even possible at this stage. A price tag of €250 in line with what the Wii originally launched at. Can Nintendo afford that though? It's a huge hit but they could make it back through game sales. It needs something drastic at this stage and that's not even considering the 2 steamrollers that are about to launch. Wonderful 101 has bombed everywhere now which is sad but you can't sell a game to those that don't own the console and advertising was non-existent.

I'm hearing rumours that this game has been delayed into 2014. Its listing has been removed from several sites including Amazon. It would be a shame as it's/was probably their best game this year. It would make some sense though and I can their logic with the rumoured NSMBU/NSLU bundle coming, Mario 3D World, Sonic Lost Worlds and even Rayman, all platformers competing against each other in the run up to Christmas. We'll see what comes of it because as I said it's just a rumour so far. Maybe they're worried about cannibalising each others sales. I don't think it's a good move if true.

This. EA have their faults and I hate them with a passion but give me their games any day over the Wii Sports equivalent. There is no comparison, graphics, customisation, depth of gameplay, etc. Their practices with their servers is a joke when you consider Black Ops is still online to this day and MH3 only shut down when MH3U was coming out within a month for Wii U.

There is nowhere cheap in Ireland to buy a Wii U. I've lost count of the amount of bargains that have popped up for the Brits across the water. We've had absolutely nothing and I mean nothing that even competes with any of them. There hasn't been a single 1 sale and sales for Nintendo consoles have been poor in Ireland for many generations in comparison to Sony/Microsoft. To answer your question I'd say try Gamestop, they've the premium bundle for €340 at the moment but I'd wait for the price drop before buying.
