I imagine both, so it makes no difference when two of the same team play. There's 3 deciding factors. The initial vote, the percentage of wins in Solo mode and the percentage of wins in Team mode. The side that wins 2 of those 3 wins. At least that's how I think it goes. Anyway, now I'm King of Ketchup and Salmon Run is closed, I'm done with Solo. But if you lot do decide to get a team together, give me a shout.

Don't be sad, @tapedeck, you can be safe in the knowledge that Resi 4 PS2 is easily one of the worst versions. All it had was Seperate Ways, 2 costumes and a whole load of downsides.

I'm sitting here with my 3 boxes full of meticulously trained Legendary Pokemon and seeing you lot get so excited over Articuno and Moltres of all things is just precious. You're like me when I was 9. Take it from a regular battler like me. Articuno sucks.

I value them very highly. About 90% of the time, I perform better with them. After all, I am Mr. "I'm using Motion Controls" on Mario Kart 8. I get the impression that some people's issues with Motion Controls stem from a unwillingness to learn a new control scheme. Now of course, this doesn't apply to everyone. Especially those who suffer from Motion sickness. But imagine trying to introduce twin stick aiming to shooters for the first time today. What with modern gamer's attitude of "Give it to me now, stop making me wait", I'd bet it go down about as well.

Not quite as bad as Fire Emblem Echoes where the DLC costs more than the actual game. (Or was that Fates? It was definitely one of them)

Pretty much. Could you imagine what would happen if everyone chose rollers for Salmon Run? Sure, you'd totally beast grounded enemies, but as soon as one of those bomb tossing bosses shows up, you'd be in serious trouble. Speaking of Rollers, that's the only weapon I have fun with in normal Splatoon. And only when I'm playing with @Ugh first aid, it turns into a roller competition between the two of us to contribute the most. And when we're on different teams, we'd inevitably run into each other and devolve into mashing ZR and flicking ink at each other in a massive panic. And that's always funny. For the same reason, I have no interest in Ranked Mode. Team Shooters just ain't my thang.

Don't give the Pokemon Company ideas. They are certainly not above doing awful things like that. As much as Game Freak annoy me sometimes, they at least haven't stooped that low. Chun Soft went dangerously close with Mystery Dungeon but quickly saw the error of their ways and dropped those DLC shenanigans. Anyway, Metroid 2, huh? Isn't that one of the rare cases where a planet doesn't explode? If so, I'd laugh if they retconned that in.

Honestly didn't know that Planet Robobot acknowledged Pikachu. I just assumed it did nothing. (Hey, can you blame me?) I feel stupid for not remembering Mario Maker though. It's still amazingly sparse for one of gaming's most recognisable characters. You'd think the Pokemon amiibos would be utilised way more. (Greninja Yoshi was one hell of a missed opportunity in Woolly World)
