I normally wouldn't get excited by these things, they always disappoint me personally. However, having recently entered the Wii U scene, I'm interested in anything they show.
Are all Firemen role models? Astronauts? CEOs? Shelf stackers?
At the end of the day playing football is a job, whether someone is your role model is your choice. Not their responsibility.
Edit - Just so my position is clear. I am not in support of Ched Evans at all and he has been found guilty of a disgusting crime. However the process of allowing him to return to work is a very complex and murky situation.
I apologise to anyone who I slagged Nintendoland off to. For £4 it's a nice little bit of fun. Nothing amazing but quick, quirky bright fun.
Although MK8 is the dogs bollocks. Like the Mario Kart I've been begging for since Double Dash (yeah, I liked that one).
Amazon won't budge on price matching. And I bottled it when the Wii U arrived this morning and opened it up. I guess I'll take the hit this time. Curse my luck.
I achieved quite a bit in 2014, although 'Sort my shit out' is really vague I did get myself together some what. Happiest I've been in a long while.
For 2015 - I hope to improve job prospects and start saving to move out.
I've ordered NintendoLand off shopto purely because it was under a fiver. No interest in the Mario or Toad games, I'll pick up Smash and then wait for Zelda/Starfox I think.
