Depends for £900 I reckon you could get some pretty good equipment to set you up right? Qualifications are very nice if you have them but in something like photography a portfolio is important. Spend the money buying equipment to help make a really good portfolio then approach a photgrapher to try and get further training. Then you can earn as you get experience and it shows to your employer you have business as well as photographic skills. If the college is near you could always use things like library anyway no one notices or cares. I still use my uni library and its been a few years since I graduated! Just take photos of the books instead of taking them home

I like this question it made me think. This depends how you define what god or death is. I would say the problem is your question involves time. Life by human definition involves time. God in the 'everything' definition would be out of space and time therefore: 'She' (yes she, unless you want male love) maybe able to experience it on one level. However for 'she' to be able to experience it as 'death', she would need anouther 'part' to percieve her as being dead by definition (thus cancelling out the first part in the process).

I would disagree war is the triumph of the strong over the weak. The way nature competes in evolution is not the same as the insanity of war. For example a 'weak stupid man' with a gun could easily kill a 'intelligent strong man'. Although alot of people are killed in war the main cause of death must surely be small in comparision to disease which would still be there. I dont think we would be suddenly over run with people. Plus you never know if a person killed in war is going to be the next Einstein, Tesla, etc. Think of all the effort that goes into war not just the people fighting but the manufacture and design of weapons, transportation, strategy, propaganda etc. There are some very clever people involved in these industries, frankly doing the wrong thing. The whole situation may seem unpleasant at first but a turn around could happen quickly. I could go on you may think im being naive or stupid but its this or a slow circling of the plug hole for humanity.

But as a biologist you only study things that happen in the past. Biology can not predict the future so you cant rules out that such a thing is impossible you can only hypothesize. Btw Im not a creationist

You just need to bear in mind that in any war there is propaganda on both sides. They have a reason to kill you and you to kill them and neither are right. You said you know they use children to blow people up, would you hate that child for attacking you? -You would hate the people who trained the child to do it, right? It depends. If you are talking super fast zombies like in 28 days later, I would say there is little chance. However if you are talking traditonal slow plodding zombies I could hit them from a fair distance. Its the zombie dogs you would have to look out for.

I own a longbow some arrows rags and petrol. So I reckon I can take out about 20-30 of them before I have to use my axe. I also know where there is 100,000 litres of cider Bring on the zombies!

You can do vector's in photoshop too using the pen tool it just illustrator is better for it. Does it need to be a vector image? What are you using it for? Do you just mean 'vector style' as in clean lines etc, like poncy corporate logos look?

This is getting way off to topic but: Maybe we cant produe 100% now, but the Uk wastes alot of its resources. Since I work in the cider industry I know we import alot of apples unecesarily from say france and spain while UK orchards are being laid to waste. All I was getting at is Japan imports loads of food since alot of its land is unsuitable for growing food and its got to be grown somewhere, it seems a waste to loose fertile land to housing. Though saying that I support immigration so im not sure why im writing this! The empire was there for imperialistic luxuries such as tea sugar and slaves rather than a need for food if you ask me.

Although thats true Japan has to import alot of its food (where the uk tends to just out of lazyness) and the population is begining to shrink. Also they have a good railway system the trains are never late...ever. The south of england is rammed with people already and that is where people will generally be attracted too because that is where the money is.

If money really was the issue then they could have even offered jimbob a pay cut instead of outright replacing him its bad business practice to have a constant turnover staff as that new person wont do the job as well as the experienced staff. I used to worry about death alot then it just kind of stopped. I could elaborate further but it wont help you its just something you have to realise yourself. In fact if I was told I would die soon I would find it quite liberating in a strange way because I know I would focus 100% on what I wanted to do rather get caught up in everyone elses world. I would rather know then suddenly die that would suck more I think. Being 'shit' at something is fun learning curve (though it can seem impossibly steep at times) if you want to artistic in someway. Just bear in that even David Lynch would have made something he thought sucked at some point in his life. After all he was going to be painter and ended being most famous for being a filmmaker. Ironically your 'rant' is the kind of thing that could be core to what you want to achieve. You could turn your ideas and questions here into say an idea for a film etc. Do it and ignore everyones judgmental opinions.

Excellent thanks you two. A nes would quite good as its really flat. I could throw you some postage money if needs be. The machine can both cut and etch some materials depending on what the laser setting is. So I ideally need some guinea pig machines to see how the etching comes out before I laser someones pride and joy. Well if you want it keep it. If you want help decorating it in future tell us. Surely if you lost what you had to gain the thing you have lost is your expectation of it. Expectation is different to the experience and since expectation is made by yourself you could argue no one else was to blame. I think that makes sense.

I need some old/broken/unwanted consoles. Im getting a laser etching machine this coming week and need some test pieces to try out some designs out on. If people could donate me some machines this would really help me out and will be happy to etch anouther machine you may have as a thank you : peace:

My top tip if you are to thorpe park is without a doubt the tea cup ride! Its easily the best ride there if you have 4 or 5 fairly strong friends that can turn the tea cup fast enough. You can really build up the Gs on it its really quite deceptive! The best part is everyone else is usually on the other rides so you dont have to queue!
