Agreed 100%. The whole point of a forum is to have discussions, and it just annoys me when people stop the flow of debate by resorting to name calling and refusing to accept that other people may have their own opinions.

I take your point, but the guy was there for a lecture/discussion, so why not listen to what he had to say then have a debate with him? I'm sorry but the whole turning backs, holding banners etc. just seems a bit unnecessary, and a cry for attention more than anything.

Yeah, definately make sure you research the courses, what modules there are, how you are assessed, whether you get any choices etc. It's so much easier when you're on a course you enjoy!
