gmac Posted November 6, 2006 Posted November 6, 2006 it's just typical Arsenal throwing the toys out of the pram when they don't get their own way
Ramar Posted November 6, 2006 Posted November 6, 2006 Shocking display by Arsenal, I watched it down the pub. We deserved nothing from the game, because some players put nothing into it. Hleb and Van Persie key examples today, Henry again was poor. Rosicky was again our best player, I think he could be one of Wenger's best buys.
The-Ironflame Posted November 6, 2006 Posted November 6, 2006 We were absolutely awful. Started the game well and defended well for most of the match then he brings on Flamini for hoyte for no reason, Eboue bombs forward and gets caught upfield and they score.
Roostophe Posted November 6, 2006 Posted November 6, 2006 I still have no idea what happened between Pardew and Wenger, mainly because Wenger decided to have. a lickle fit and not speaking to anyone so we only know Pardew's side. Jesus, Wenger may be a good manager, but he's so far up himself he's coming back out again.
Ramar Posted November 8, 2006 Posted November 8, 2006 My Dad is such a jammy git. He works at Luton airport and often says how he saw Arsenal, England or whoever at the airport. He comes home just now and tells me he went through security with the Arsenal squad flying up to Liverpool to play Everton tonight. He was speaking to Lehmann and Theo Walcott. I'm so jealous.
Babooo Posted November 8, 2006 Posted November 8, 2006 Your dad is so lucky.....ask him to get some photos of them sometime.
Babooo Posted November 8, 2006 Posted November 8, 2006 Show me more pics stocka!!! I see some posters.....
Stocka Posted November 8, 2006 Author Posted November 8, 2006 That pic was from a while ago, and most of, in fact i think all now of my Arsenal posters aren't up anymore. Only that piece of beauty
Babooo Posted November 8, 2006 Posted November 8, 2006 never mind then...... lookin forward to the everton game tonight...should be good.
Stocka Posted November 8, 2006 Author Posted November 8, 2006 Shame its not on TV, league cup is a great chance to watch the youngsters
Ramar Posted November 8, 2006 Posted November 8, 2006 Your dad is so lucky.....ask him to get some photos of them sometime. Every time I say grab an autograph or something he always claims to never have a pen and paper. And he doesn't have a camera phone.
Babooo Posted November 8, 2006 Posted November 8, 2006 HE'S A LIAR!!!!! I'm kidding....would be good though.
Fierce_LiNk Posted November 10, 2006 Posted November 10, 2006 It's Saturday tomorrow. Blackburn vs United. Matt le Tiss at Skysports has this down as a 1-1 draw, and i aint surprised because Blackburn are a stubborn team. I really, really don't look forward to playing them. I'm hoping we can pull a win out of the bag, and maybe not concede either. 2-0 Victory for United for me.
Eddage Posted November 10, 2006 Posted November 10, 2006 Its at Ewood Park yeah? If so I reckon it'll be a bit tighte, 0-1 or 1-2 me thinks!
Fierce_LiNk Posted November 10, 2006 Posted November 10, 2006 Its at Ewood Park yeah? If so I reckon it'll be a bit tighte, 0-1 or 1-2 me thinks! Yeah, we're away. I think we'll win, but i don't think it will be a 3-0 or 4-0 stomping. It's going to be a bit too close for my liking. Maybe we can give premiership predictions? Here's mine: Saturday 12:45 Man City 0-0 Newcastle 15:00 Chelsea 3-0 Watford 15:00 Everton 2-2 Aston Villa 15:00 Middlesbro 1-2 West Ham 15:00 Portsmouth 2-0 Fulham 15:00 Sheff Utd 0-2 Bolton 15:00 Wigan 2-1 Charlton 17:15 Blackburn 0-2 Man Utd Sunday 13:30 Reading 1-1 Tottenham 16:00 Arsenal 2-1 Liverpool
Stocka Posted November 10, 2006 Author Posted November 10, 2006 Good idea for predictions each week Fiercey! Saturday Man City 1-1 Newcastle Chelsea 2-0 Watford Everton 2-1 Aston Villa Middlesbro 0-2 West Ham Portsmouth 1-0 Fulham Sheff Utd 0-0 Bolton Wigan 0-0 Charlton Blackburn 1-3 Man Utd Sunday Reading 0-1 Tottenham Arsenal 3-2 Liverpool [Got a feeling its gonna be a cracker]
Noodleman Posted November 10, 2006 Posted November 10, 2006 Yeah sounds groovy: Saturday 12:45 Man City 1-0 Newcastle (Roeder out) 15:00 Chelsea 2-0 Watford 15:00 Everton 0-1 Aston Villa 15:00 Middlesbro 2-2 West Ham 15:00 Portsmouth 3-0 Fulham 15:00 Sheff Utd 1-0 Bolton (purely because I cant bear to have a Bolton win on my mind) 15:00 Wigan 1-1 Charlton 17:15 Blackburn 1-1 Man Utd (united haven't won there for 8 years) Sunday 13:30 Reading 0-2 Tottenham 16:00 Arsenal 1-1 Liverpool (Arsenal will dominate it fail to kill the game off and then conceed a soft equaliser) Special bonus prediction (because I can): Leeds 0-1 Colchester
Babooo Posted November 10, 2006 Posted November 10, 2006 Good idea mate.... Saturday 12:45 Man City 1-0 Newcastle 15:00 Chelsea 3-0 Watford 15:00 Everton 2-1 Aston Villa 15:00 Middlesbro 2-1 West Ham 15:00 Portsmouth 2-0 Fulham 15:00 Sheff Utd 1-1 Bolton 15:00 Wigan 2-0 Charlton 17:15 Blackburn 1-2 Man Utd Sunday 13:30 Reading 2-1 Tottenham 16:00 Arsenal 3-1 Liverpool Someone should keep scores of how well each of us are doing.....
Noodleman Posted November 10, 2006 Posted November 10, 2006 Someone should keep scores of how well each of us are doing..... Providing it takes off I dont mind doing it. A point for getting the correct result (i.e the correct team winning) and a further point for getting the correct score sound ok?
Stocka Posted November 10, 2006 Author Posted November 10, 2006 I don't think there's any need to take it to seriously really, afterall its not like there's a prize for it. Just a bit of fun predicting that makes you think about the weekend's games and anticipate them.
Goron_3 Posted November 11, 2006 Posted November 11, 2006 Watford all the way tomorrow !!!! Come on you Hornets
Platty Posted November 11, 2006 Posted November 11, 2006 My Predictions: Saturday 12:45 Man City 0-0 Newcastle 15:00 Chelsea 2-0 Watford 15:00 Everton 1-1 Aston Villa 15:00 Middlesbro 1-2 West Ham 15:00 Portsmouth 2-0 Fulham 15:00 Sheff Utd 0-1 Bolton 15:00 Wigan 2-1 Charlton 17:15 Blackburn 1-2 Man Utd Sunday 13:30 Reading 0-2 Tottenham 16:00 Arsenal 2-2 Liverpool
Fierce_LiNk Posted November 11, 2006 Posted November 11, 2006 Yeeeeah! First game of the day and the correct result from me. What a shocking game. Newcastle didn't turn up for 88 minutes. I don't think they had a single shot on target. Then, in the last 5 minutes, they pile on the pressure. Completely useless.
Babooo Posted November 11, 2006 Posted November 11, 2006 Drogba with a hatrick.....he's on fire at the mo.
