Fresh Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 WOW, i love those pictures... sooo odd but cool. But does this mean its in mass production? if so does any1 no how lon it would take to produce enough and have them ready, if any1 does then we could take a guess at the release.
Hal_9Million Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 Nintendo post their annual report on their website every year. This is the American page. Unfortunately, it seems the English version hasn't been made yet, so all that's up for offer is the previous 5 years. I tried looking for it on the Japanese site, but I can't read Japanese, so if anyone else can, please try and find it. If not, we'll just have to wait for the American site to get updated.
ShadowV7 Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 Translate it it by right clicking and translate to english or go to a translator site, ill try soon :P suppose to be studying
Nintendork Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 That booklet looks like it is printed on really nice quality matte paper. Really interesting, very envious of Miyamoto's job.
ShadowV7 Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 If we saw those before TGS it would be cool, but it's still nice to see.And talk about fancy paper
mario_jr Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 The gold Mario emblem would look ssooo cool on a black leather jacket, I'd buy it!
seamus_aran Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 These are extremely cool... I particularly like the Micro in the bags and all the Mario characters in a row. They serve no real purpose but look good...
MikeMania Posted February 9, 2006 Posted February 9, 2006 For the love of god, don't copy comments from GAF. haha, i was just about to say the same thing...
mike-zim Posted February 9, 2006 Posted February 9, 2006 i hope they are in production. if so i hope they have a massive warehouse that is fireproof with no leaking roofs.
Patch Posted February 9, 2006 Posted February 9, 2006 Anyone notice that pic of the guy playing a DS while holding it like a book? That in itself is something new I haven't seen before, but the guy playing it has electrodes stuck into his head! Maybe this is the next revolutionary feature!!
YenRug Posted February 9, 2006 Posted February 9, 2006 Anyone notice that pic of the guy playing a DS while holding it like a book? That's the way you're meant to "play" the Brain Training games.
Andross Posted February 10, 2006 Posted February 10, 2006 It's supposedly a information book that's being sent out to Uni students in Japan as a recruitment tool, not a bloody annual report or anything.
djamb3 Posted February 10, 2006 Posted February 10, 2006 Have you noticed in the first pic of all, the REV cases have 3 small holes. One is probably for the audio/video cable and other to the power unit, but is the third for USB?? Wasn't supposed to have more?? (for monitors instead of TVs for example)
Nintendork Posted February 10, 2006 Posted February 10, 2006 /me doubts they are final production models. prototypes are notorious for being lame. maybe nintendo and miyamoto hadn't decided there would be a need for a USB port. i think the idea of it being monitor compatible was quite last minute as well..
