  1. 1. How big is your backlog

    • Zero - I don't buy a game until I'm ready to sit down and beat it
      2
    • 1-5 - I only ever have a few games queued up to play
      10
    • 6-20 - I could probably clear it out if I played for a few weeks straight
      10
    • 21-99 - I've got many months of play ahead to clear it out
      2
    • Over 100 - I think I may have a problem

Is there a name for those kinds of games you own but never intended to complete from the very start?

Like what? Games that are so extensive, you know you won't bother to complete them, or games that you got just to try them out, but weren't that interested in the first place?

Stuff like Just Cause 2 or Endless Ocean. I bought these games specifically por the purpose of fucking around and never really intended completing them even before I bought them. They're great to play after a blunt, and that's what I use them for, but unlike other games that accomplish that same feat and are still relevant to actually playthrough(like Red Dead Redemption or GTAIV), I never ever intended to complete them.

Ah, yeah, like me and Rise of Nations (I only use it for Multiplayer). I really don't count games like that, either. I think the poll is only referring to games you feel you should play/beat, but haven't gotten around to doing it (or finishing them, if that's your intent).

Basically, measuring the goals you set for yourself. More useful for those that buy first, bother to see if they have time/patience for the game later. Games that one has no intention of beating in the first place shouldn't count, I think, because there was no goal to begin with.
