Goafer
Do you have the keys? Did they take/sign the paperwork for the car (V5 form)? If not, it's theft. Definitely contact the police if they haven't signed the V5 and taken ownership, as you're still liable for it, including speeding tickets, it being driven whilst it's declared off the road etc. You might be able to fill in the paperwork yourself and declare it scrapped without their input, but I'm not sure. I've never scrapped a car.
Kav
Rez, would you give me permission to constantly ring the bastards mobile number at stupid o'clock throughout the night? I really don't mind, I have a ton of free minutes I don't mind using to piss these twats off with!

Shorty
Please, please tell me you are reporting this car as stolen. I can't wait to see where it goes.
The Peeps
Yeah definitely report it. After all that abuse you received and telling them no, they can't just come and grab it. Have you signed anything?
Shorty
Btw, if you haven't declared the transfer of ownership of this vehicle, the DVLA will charge you about £40 when it's scrapped.
