Ike Posted July 3, 2010 Posted July 3, 2010 With a UK release date of 'October' and a release of just over 3 weeks in the US. Its time to IMPORT again. Are we getting a budget release or something, we've only had the first one since March, which I still haven't had time to really play?
MATtheHAT Posted July 3, 2010 Author Posted July 3, 2010 Are we getting a budget release or something, we've only had the first one since March, which I still haven't had time to really play? They will probably do another budget release similar to Calamity Trigger in the EU, but I'm not prepared to wait until (at least) October.
Emerald Emblem Posted July 3, 2010 Posted July 3, 2010 Well I completed the true ending on Blazblue a month or so ago, good timing really, since the story continues where Calamity trigger left off, I shall wait since there are games I want right now and slightly backlogged.
drahkon Posted July 3, 2010 Posted July 3, 2010 I've always been interested in the first one but couldn't, and still can't find the game at a reasonable prize. Might take a look at ebay. How's the online activity in the first game? Still plenty of gamers?
drahkon Posted July 3, 2010 Posted July 3, 2010 Mainly high level players? Well, at least there are still people playing the game online. Hm. I might have the chance to get a special edition (UK Version) for little money.
MATtheHAT Posted July 29, 2010 Author Posted July 29, 2010 Got my copy on its way to me right now, should have it next week. Can't wait. Anybody else buying it?
Domstercool Posted July 29, 2010 Posted July 29, 2010 I want it, but I think I might hold out till the October release. I've got a hell of a backlog *goes back to playing games to try shrink the backlog*
Emerald Emblem Posted July 29, 2010 Posted July 29, 2010 I want it, but I think I might hold out till the October release. I've got a hell of a backlog *goes back to playing games to try shrink the backlog* I'm in a similar position, got Cross Edge and 3D dot game Heroes to play, then F1 2010 and Fifa 11 between then.

Emerald Emblem Posted March 4, 2011 Posted March 4, 2011 *Bump* The fact it's my 4th post in a row, I'm wondering if anyone here actually got this game, well I just finished every story 100% (Thank god only a couple of story fights required a loss to 100%) So now I leave my impressions on the story. What I want now is for the inevitable continuation of the series. The story didn't let me down at all. When I started a characters story I'd always want to finish it in that playthrough, the gag reels were each funny and made fun of common anime gags, surprisingly some bad endings were easily avoidable because of a few unique conditions or the fights being deceptively easy set in those stories. Of course the true story took the prize, there were a few unexpected twists, turns and revelations and when all was done and the credits rolled, I just wanted it to keep going.
