Dyson
I'll try and actually be constructive for you canand, instead of having everyone take the piss. First of all, why are you running the website? It's important that you know what you want to write about and who you're trying to reach. If you're trying to reach out to Nintendo fans then the way to do that would be to run a Nintendo news blog like you're doing. However, copying and pasting everyone else's news and changing site names is not the way to do it. Not only does it appear sloppy, but when people see that the original news article came from another website, they'll go there first for their news instead of your blog. Something you might want to consider doing is writing a personal blog about it. Have a link to a news story, and then beneath it write about your feelings about the news story you've linked to. Not only will everything be fresh and your opinions, but you're getting your opinion out there, and you might get readers who like what you have to say. Second of all, if you plan on going down a news reporting route, then you'll need to get a paid hosting service and domain name instead of using wordpress. When people see that it just reeks of amatuerhood - and this won't do you any favours. Finally, it's important that you use correct English - or any other language as long as it is used correctly - to get peoples' attention. The occasional typo is not a major worry but spelling "Gaming" wrong in the title really is. Unfortunately canand, I don't have the resources to offer you my services working for your website, and if I did, I wouldn't do it in the state it's currently in. The one good thing I can say for you is that you certainly do have enthusiasm - so with a few tweaks, you might be on to something. Good luck. Well done Dyson for being positive about this and offering some good advice. Canand, it takes a hell of a lot of time and effort to create a Nintendo website/blog. But, the actual effort is to keep it going, maintaining certain standards and keep things up to date. That is actually ten times harder than just getting the site up and running. Have this in mind before you attempt to do this. If you're going to go to all the effort, you might as well do the best you can, right? I think Dyson's post is a great starting point. Ask yourself what you're trying to achieve, and what will make your site different to the others out there. That's the deciding point. What will make people want to visit your site more so than others? It could be the quality, or it could be the content, or something else. Unfortunately, like Dyson, I can't commit to anything right now, and I don't think I would anyway - out of my respect and loyalty to KNEE. But, good luck, and I hope you can achieve what you want to achieve. But first, try to find out what that is.
dwarf
Good luck Canand, although we probably need more input from you in order to help. Edit: I'm sorry to do this but as a reality check: - There are loads of Nintendo websites - Most websites need multiple staff - It's best to have professional designers The only way I can see Canand succeeding is if he makes a website for him and his friends and doesn't hope to establish a massive website. It'll take a lot of help but would be achieveable to make a respectable webpage.

Daft
That dream is gone becuse I can't speak german and if I do a Forum would anyone help me? There are other games companies located in this country you could test for. Some would even be making games for Nintendo. If I can get a job at Square, anything is possible. Emasher
My advice is not to use a template. If you use one, anyone who's seen that template before will probably like your site just a bit less because they know you didn't put any effort into the design. You can have the best content ever, but if you use a template, you don't give the best first impression. Also, type your stuff in a word processor so you can use the spelling and grammar checker. Edit: Download the software for Simple Machines Forums, or phpBB or something like that, then buy a domain and get some web-space and host it there. Look around for who gives the best hosting plan for the best price. Host Excellence, is a great host BTW. A few months ago, I would have just said to host with xsorbit, as they're free and its very easy to set up, but they've gone under now. Simple Machines forums is the exact same software as xsorbit uses, but you don't have to pay to unlock all the features.
