Daft Posted August 28, 2008 Author Posted August 28, 2008 The Last Guy Ratchet and Clank SSHD PAIN Elefunk LocoRoco Cocoreccho! Pixel Junk Monsters Tori-Emaki MKII ..... and because you made me look through my PSN games I just bought Pixel Junk Eden. Also got a couple of Playstation Eye games. The only game I regret buying is MKII and that was only £3.
dwarf Posted August 28, 2008 Posted August 28, 2008 what is MK 2? Mortal? I'm just about to try The Last Guy
dwarf Posted August 28, 2008 Posted August 28, 2008 Cool I thought it was but didnt want to seem stupid because combat isn't spelt with a 'k'. I just tried The Last Guy and found it to be pretty entertaining. The music is cool and I just wanted to know if you think there is much replayability/ length? Or would you recommend other PSN games above this?
Daft Posted August 28, 2008 Author Posted August 28, 2008 It looks pretty promising. It has leaderboards and VIPS to collect in each level which I totally missed in the first level so I'd say yes. Especially if they release map packs. I also pray they release a Trophy patch because this is the perfect game for them.
ShavenWolf Posted August 28, 2008 Posted August 28, 2008 Daft buys all the PSN games, you say? I have: Warhawk The Last Guy Pixeljunk Eden Elefunk Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo Blast Factor Pixeljunk Racers Dark Mist High Velocity Bowling PAIN Toy Home Everyday Shooter Pixeljunk Monsters High Stakes Poker Snakeball Piyotama LocoRoco Cocoreccho Nucleus Super Stardust HD Calling All Cars Go! Puzzle Gripshift Go! Sudoku Super Rub A Dub Tekken 5 flOw Lemmings Gran Turismo HD (which was free) Trials of Topoq Mesmerise Operation Creature Feature Tori Emaki Aqua Vita Theme Hospital (PS1) Populous (PS1) G-Police (PS1) MediEvil (PS1) Jumpin' Flash (PS1) Wipeout (PS1) Crash Bandicoot (PS1) Championship Sprint Gauntlet II Rampage World Tour Joust Rampart Mortal Kombat II Q*Bert I blame how easy it is to buy these games....
dwarf Posted August 28, 2008 Posted August 28, 2008 WTF! What Blu-Rays have you got? Surely you don't have time to play all those properly?! Oh yeah, how do you find Snakeball? Good game isn't it?
ShavenWolf Posted August 28, 2008 Posted August 28, 2008 As you asked, here are the Blu-Rays I have: Assassin's Creed Burnout Paradise CoD4 Colin McRae Dirt Devil May Cry 4 Everybody's Golf EyeCreate (came with PlayStation Eye) F1 Championship Edition GT5 Prologue GTA4 Haze Heavenly Sword Lair (was free ) Lego Star Wars MGS4 Motorstorm Ninja Gaiden Sigma Oblivion The Orange Box Ratchet & Clank Resistance Ridge Racer 7 Sega Rally The Simpsons Game Skate Soulcalibur 4 Unreal Tournament 3 Uncharted Virtua Tennis 3 And I really wish I had more time to complete most of these games, dammit!
dwarf Posted August 28, 2008 Posted August 28, 2008 And I really wish I had as much money as you! Although I wouldn't buy that many games if I did anyway, no offence.
ShavenWolf Posted August 29, 2008 Posted August 29, 2008 Yeah, I've not gone as mad the past few months as I've finally got to the point in my life where I am saving up for moving out/holidays/a car. And then I really won't have any money for games! *am cry* PSN games aren't bad though, £5 for even a night's worth of entertainment every couple of weeks isn't bad these days!
LegoMan1031 Posted August 29, 2008 Posted August 29, 2008 And I really wish I had as much money as you! Although I wouldn't buy that many games if I did anyway, no offence. I used to think like that... Now i own 4 game consoles with games for all of them... lol
Daft Posted September 3, 2008 Author Posted September 3, 2008 Lumines Goes Supernova On PSN I'll say, it's about damn time Q-Entertainment's music-puzzle fusion title made it to the PlayStation 3! Lumines Supernova is an all-new installment of the game that has already graced the PSP and Xbox Live Arcade, and by all-new I mean mostly the same with a few new modes and skins! Along with the previously seen Skin Edit, Time Attack, and Puzzle Modes, Supernova also will also feature Dig Down Mode, which challenges you to reach the bottom of an already filled playfield, and Sequencer Mode, which allows players to create their own music using five different tracks with over 20 different sound loops each. The game is due out this fall, with the price yet to be determined. Enjoy the first screenshots from the game while I go try to get "Heavenly Star" out of my head. http://kotaku.com/5044892/lumines-goes-supernova-on-psn I've got this for my 360. Not sure if I'll pick it up again. I'll probably just get it for my PSP when I finally get one.
Daft Posted September 16, 2008 Author Posted September 16, 2008 Okay Rez, Lava Time Attack. 2:35.66 Your turn. (Shouldn't be too hard tbh ) Edit: Managed to shave another 4 seconds off. 2:31.47 I have a feeling your just going to blitz it though. :p Edit: .47 seconds off, now on 2:31.00 dead.
LegoMan1031 Posted September 16, 2008 Posted September 16, 2008 U should try beating my high score on survival daft! I'm quite proud of my score.
Daft Posted September 16, 2008 Author Posted September 16, 2008 U should try beating my high score on survival daft! I'm quite proud of my score. Survival drives me a bit insane, I'll give it a go but I doubt I'm going to get near you anytime soon. The thing is about getting the normal high scores is that it takes a lot of time which recently I haven't had a lot of. That's why I prefer shorter games. I'm loving time attack at the moment time attack.

I was lucky to get around 2:50ish (i was trying to increase my score as rezourceman was catching up again!!) and when i had just re-downloaded it after getting a PS3 replacement i suddenly jumped my score by like a minute! Don't think i will be able to improve my score.
MATtheHAT Posted September 25, 2008 Posted September 25, 2008 Anyone know what time the network gets updated? I need some WipeOut HD in my life.
Guest Jordan Posted September 25, 2008 Posted September 25, 2008 Between 3pm and 5pm. Apparently theres a huge health warning every time you start the game. Looks like they didn't sort the epilepsy thing out.
flameboy Posted September 25, 2008 Posted September 25, 2008 I'm not gonna get it yet but gonna download some Megaman I think...
Cookyman Posted September 25, 2008 Posted September 25, 2008 Wipeout downloading right now I couldn't resist it!
