Doubt it, we use our points to stars to get VC games. So I it would be a bit of a refund which would be awfully generous of them

When you link your Stars Catalogue to your Wii Shop Channel you can see your purchases on the site. If you click on one of the games you've bought, it says you'll be able to claim your star points soon.

I asked about the points conversion a week or two ago and got this response:

 

"Dear Customer, thank you for your email.

 

I’m afraid, I cannot confirm an exact date for this process, but do keep an eye on the website in the next few weeks."

Stars -> Points Confirmed. Just got 3000 points for 6000 stars, pretty good for me. Also snagged a Mario Galaxy hat and OST, there's another 250 odd left.
