froztyman Posted September 18, 2007 Posted September 18, 2007 RE4 got it, you could say Twilight princess got it, a Wii-make There are some last-generation games that would be really cool with Wii controls. Post your wishes with a motivation here!
BeerMonkey Posted September 18, 2007 Posted September 18, 2007 F-ZERO GX as it was the best racer last gen and with online 30 player plzzzzz
froztyman Posted September 18, 2007 Author Posted September 18, 2007 Metal Gear Solid 3 - Havent played but would reallly like to sometime, and the Wiimote should fit nice into the gameplay. Okami - One of those games that are great but few have played, the celestial brush seems perfect for Wii. Star Wars - Knights of the old Republic - It would mean some fundamenttal changes in gameplay, but it would be soo cool to blast or sabre yourself through that adventure.
Mike Posted September 18, 2007 Posted September 18, 2007 In the absence of any news of a proper sequel, Pikmin 2 with Wii pointer controls would be great. I'd rather have Pikmin 3, though.
Cube Posted September 18, 2007 Posted September 18, 2007 Wind Waker, Metroid Prime 1/2 and Second Sight.
Columnar Posted September 18, 2007 Posted September 18, 2007 Okami, SoulCalibur III, OutRun 2 or 2006, Virtua Tennis 2 or 3 and Space Channel 5 Part 2 would make great Wii-makes I reckon
Stealthttd Posted September 18, 2007 Posted September 18, 2007 time splitters 3 with online mutiplayer..even tho i have it on xbox wii controls would make it better
welsh_gamer Posted September 18, 2007 Posted September 18, 2007 Don't wish to have any Gamecube game's remade so think I'll go for :- GTA 24 the video game Okami Kingdom Hearts Fahrenheit
Zechs Merquise Posted September 19, 2007 Posted September 19, 2007 I say this everytime: HotD Virtua Cop Confidential Mission Point Blank Time Crisis Oh and haven't we had a million of these threads!
Mikey Posted September 19, 2007 Posted September 19, 2007 GTA triple pack. I don't want just straight ports with tacked on controls either though. I'd want the gameplay to be improved significantly for each title, and improved graphics over the PS2 versions.
steggy Posted September 19, 2007 Posted September 19, 2007 I say this everytime: HotD Virtua Cop Confidential Mission Point Blank Time Crisis Oh and haven't we had a million of these threads! I agree with everyone of those, lightgun games rock.
Zechs Merquise Posted September 19, 2007 Posted September 19, 2007 I agree with everyone of those, lightgun games rock. I think it might have to be a petition for HotD!
Ten10 Posted September 19, 2007 Posted September 19, 2007 Tales of symphonia collector's edition. The end.
DCK Posted September 19, 2007 Posted September 19, 2007 I'd really love a Metroid Prime Wii Collector's Box, with the first two being Wiimade. Also, The Wind Waker. Note that by Wiimake, I mean optimised, sensible Wiimote implementation and more content. No easy ports for me.
Bluejay Posted September 19, 2007 Posted September 19, 2007 Killer7, definately. Seconded. I missed it first time round. I'd buy a Wii version.
Falcon_BlizZACK Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 The Nintendo remake I have always wanted was Ocarina of Time...Not that Master Quest nonsense, I wanted an OOT update...But TP is sort of like this so that desire has ceased. However, Wind Waker with Wii-mote controls with like 2 extra dungeons would be a definate buy from me.
Zechs Merquise Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 Seconded. I missed it first time round. I'd buy a Wii version. It was good, in a weird way. However I kind of felt that if they'd pulled in a little outside help it would've been a lot better. I felt that it was the kind of project that was done by a very insular team who obviously understand exactly what they produced, however because of cuts and changes along the way the final product was less than understandable from the point of view of the public who were playing it. If it had been developed by that team but overlooked by complete outsiders it could have been a much more understandbale game which would have been more open to the player. On the Wii-make side, it's unlikely as it sold poorly, however those that have played it would realise that it would defo benefit from Wii controls, a it was very like a light gun game, or a point and click adventure.
froztyman Posted September 24, 2007 Author Posted September 24, 2007 God of War would be nice, probably would be a good way to work up a sweat too...
Strange Cookie Posted September 24, 2007 Posted September 24, 2007 Luigi's Mansion, because I love it so much! But then again, I doubt the Wii-remote would be suitable (or even workable - pointer wouldn't work, no analogue triggers, etc.) for this game, so let's just play the GC-version. So... here's to Luigi's Mansion 2! :wink
darkjak Posted September 24, 2007 Posted September 24, 2007 Don't wish to have any Gamecube game's remade so think I'll go for :- GTA 24 the video game Okami Kingdom Hearts Fahrenheit 24 was developed by Sony, wasn't it? Personally I'd want Shenmue, Ace Combat 5, Propellor Arena, MGS2+3, Project Gotham Racer...
