Posted August 22, 2007 So long as you like shooting and/or driving there's online titles abound. If you don't... well, I presume you wouldn't have bought a 360. I'm a bit of a Shadowrun fan, personally. There's a demo available on the Marketplace, although I'm not sure what it would be like finding a game as those who liked it have most likely moved onto the retail copy by now. It's certainly a nice change from the deluge of Tom Clancy games, anyway — Ubisoft are seemingly incapable of creating a comfortable online experience. But yeah, Halo multiplayer is a lot better. Bomberman Worms Earth Defense Force and Gears of War for Co Op. Table Tennis can be fun I do not like how the rise of Online gaming on consoles has killed split screen multiplayer. Last gen, for a game to not have split screen was a critical flaw, now it is accepted. Online is great but I still like the option of playing at friends houses. Anyway: Call Of Duty 3 (or 2, I pref 3) Gears of War ....they're the only ones I've played and really love. Midway is okay GRAW's a bit random (hence why I much pref COD 3 to 2, in multiplayer at least) Halo is much better than COD. COD is very single player focused. COD is much better than Halo. Posted August 25, 2007 In actuality Halo is the more fun franchise. Even the new COD has the same old cookie cutter gameplay with just a new setting. Multiplayer wise it may be ok but its just tacked like most fps games. Not to mention they are famous for bad support and cheating etc. on their servers. Posted September 2, 2007 I can't reccomend GoW more if your looking for an awesome online game. Also Crackdown is fun in co-op if you just wanna mess around and blow random stuff up And Halo 3 is gonna be truly epic if the beta was anything to go by.
