Happenstance Posted May 10, 2011 Share Posted May 10, 2011 I think Flashpoint is more about history being altered someway and not Flash going into an alternate reality as im sure the promos mention that hes got to fix whatevers gone wrong. I dont think you need to read the Road to Flashpoint to understand the event. At the moment thats just an alternate version of Barry Allen going around trying to find out whats supposed to cause this big time problem and fix it. There are other Flashpoint books but theyre just optional stories that will probably give you a better understanding of the changes etc (unless they pull a Final Crisis and make whatever happens in them important to the main story, if so i'll be pissed off) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

When they put "(Flashpoint)" in the parenthibrackets like that it means that it ties in, but is not the actual thing. The actual thing is literally just "Flashpoint". If you ever have trouble like this, if you Google Image search the issue you want "Flashpoint #1" then match up the image on ebay with the image blah blah. Or just ask here.
