After six weeks and 21 hours of total game play on Nintendo Co Ltd's new game console, Philadelphia resident Mickey DeLorenzo is 4kg lighter and making a splash with his new svelte self.

What, only 21 hours in six weeks? I didn't expect that to have any effect.

So, I'm at 40 hours in Zelda:

Now for the next Zelda: they should make it dual wiimote with extra weights and lot's of required movement - that should give me a bodybuilder figure in no time :D

I'm doing Boxing alot past few days because I have a knee injury keeping me away from "real" exercise. Fun and exercise rolled into one = win. Also, the balloon trip minigame on Wario Ware is rather tiring if you do it as intended.

news just in, when you move you use energy. which is converted from fat when you haven't eaten.

this computer game system does not compare to a full exercise, it is not a substitute or even a suitable or balanced compliment.

do not believe this shit. go swimming, cycle to school/work and go for a run.

Can anyone else see a touch generations type thing: Wii Weight Loss: Aerobic exercises and more???

should be easy to make, just adapt motion sensing to screen and do what the woman on screen is doing.

Wii Proven Weight Loss Tool?

Courtesy of daily ejaculation over the blue light?

*Not serious. MOD can alter if deemed inappropriate.

On a serious note though, its encouraging to see a system aiding peoples mental and physical health.

Didn't America's bolemic-association thank Nintendo for getting those lazy, chips-eating and coce-drinking out of their - with their own butts incrested - chairs and back into shape? Now all that is lacking: social contact (get the Wii online with a proper, non-friends-code-system), appropriate clothing (if you lose weight, you have to lose some parts of your tent-like jeans) and a good cup of healthie thea. No, leave the tea, I don't drink that. Sounds like a fair deal.

Sad thing: I have good clothing, social contacts and a reasonable weight. The scale says eighty kilo's (176 pounds, aprox), the girls say that my scale must be rboken, because i'm fairly thin. Ah well. Let's just hope Wii doesn't bring my weight under the 50 kilo's (wich is 110 pounds, aprox), wich would make me look like a stick. A very breakable one.
