Save data transfer app is a bit confusing at first. You have to delete any save data you have on the Wii U version before you can do a 3DS to Wii U transfer. After that though, it works as advertised . Bit strange that it doesn't seem to transfer DLC though (you have to redownload it it seems.

There's a message on the Wii U eShop that says that Nintendo have brokered a deal with the German USK ratings body. The 23:00-03:00 time restriction for 18 rated content has been lifted. 18 rated content can now be accessed at any time of the day! I tried it, it works. You can browse the Ninja Gaiden and ZombiU pages right now! Thank God they fixed it!
